would love to see Jacques Burger on. Went through a horrendous amount of injuries, fantastic club man at Sarries and Namibian legend. Would be great to see how he has adjusted to post rugby life, farming in Namibia.
Fantastic first episode. Such a good insight into Eddie and what makes him tick - he was more talkative than I expected which perhaps reflects how good a relationship he has with Hask. Brilliant stuff.
Trawling through every episode after falling out of touch with the old Joe stuff and remembering how much I enjoyed the dynamic of the team. Great work here. A brilliant interview with the always enigmatic Eddie.
Great first show boys. Would love it if you could get Wadey on - someone stepping away from rugby at their peak to pursue something new would be fascinating.
Get Rassie he is the Jurgen Klopp of Rugby. Tremendous skill and tactics coach but more importantly a master in psychology and positive attitude conditioning
There are Coaches and coaches. Then there are Alchemists. Eddie is an Alchemist. He deserves respect. And by the way gents, don't forget to 'air' the voices of us the fans ON your show.
So good to see the boys back! Absolutely loved Hask in this, was a brilliant interviewer and to see his relationships with his old coach is so good to see
Great first episode 👏. From a Welshman, I've got to say how well Eddie Jones came across, seems like a really nice bloke who knows how to get the best from his players - a little annoying from a Welsh point of view ha Keep it up boys, here's hoping you manage to get AWJ on!
Long shot, but while Zoom is still a thing, I'd love to see Richie McCaw on the show. I'd love to see how he copes with Hask and Tinds! And a few more: Will Greenwood, Owen Farrell, Siya Kolisi, Johnson, Courtney Lawes, Itoje, Beauden Barritt!
Read Eddie autobiography last month. Fascinating and left me with even more respect for him. This interview is always excellent...he gives credit where it is due.
Absolutely unbelievable, Payno back in his school room, hask still stuck in the summerhouse with no razor and the lord using the guest room at the palace. Incredible settings and a decent bit of rugby talk
Eddie is brilliant and you can see how he has grown as a person and a coach. He knows that if you stop growing then you go backwards. What a man and he could be England coach until he retires as far as I am concerned.
One of the most enjoyable podcasts Ive watched. Very insightful and what a great coach. Keep up the good work and cant wait for the rest of the season.
Would be great to get an interview with Stuart Barnes ,heard him on off the ball ,interview ,insightful man and fascinating to listen to has so many interests outside of rugby ,big Bob Dylan fan, would be a great guest.
Rewatching this again after the Wallabies announcement. Always liked Eddie. Delighted to have another reason to support my ‘second team’ Australia now.
Would love a bumper episode with the likes of nowell, slade, dickie and ewers all on talking about growing through academy together and now being the core of Exeter. Might be a laggy zoom call though ! 7 class blokes !
Absolutely brilliant maintaining the core theme is great. Eddie was brilliant, such a character. It makes me more proud of the English team. You have to have the CEO of Clapham on.
It would be great to get some of the AB's involved with Kanaloa Hawaii on - Joe Rokocoko, John Afoa, Jerome Kaino, Ben Atiga, Anthony Tuitavake or Benson Stanley. Gus Pichot, or some of the Argentine players, particularly the guys now leaving the Jaguares would be interesting to.
Awesome episode. Only off-putting thing was Payno's camera trying to follow him around. Great to hear from Eddie, love it when he sings the anthem at every game!
@@powerbite92 Still remember the HOR episode on the Marler / Wyn Jones incident. The guys navigated that one well, but Alex probably received plenty of shouting down his earpiece.
Eddie Jones is a fantastic coach one of the best in the world, lost his way maybe but Australia is a great result for him. Lots of people don't like him but you cannot argue with his results history
Great first episode! Thought I'd heard a lot about Eddie in recent years through various interviews and the Brighton Miracle film but I was intrigued to find out more, he truly is an interesting individual.
How about John Barclay? Would be great to hear about his great career as well as the recent improvement in Scottish rugby and where he thinks it's headed. He's also a great guy!
Think I've said it on all my social media, but i can honestly say having eddie on was great, he is another who inspires me in the game. Great to see you trio back, well done guys 😊
Strange view on what constitutes world class!! Looked fairly average in my opinion especially after his performance for a very average Rebels team in Super rugby.
Limey Turtle Changed or evolved in what way? As a player he has come so far. Inconsistent at one stage now has become a consistent player. Shows his talent every time he is on. Sale, Wasps and Gloucester all improved when Cipriani signed.
Should get Russell Earnshaw, Peter Walton and Fletch on and see exactly why they think that the RFU got rid of the most successful and forward thinking group of coaches that have ever been seen. Their magic Academy Venture and where they see their futures
As a welsh fan I’ve never really liked Eddie but after watching this I have 100 percent changed my views of him 👏
So happy that Eddie decided to stay with us!
Clearly one of the most intellegent people in the sport.
We're really lucky to have him it blows my mind.
Loving the "evolve or die" on the board behind Eddie
would love to see Jacques Burger on. Went through a horrendous amount of injuries, fantastic club man at Sarries and Namibian legend. Would be great to see how he has adjusted to post rugby life, farming in Namibia.
Would there be a chance to get Martin Johnson on just to see what it was like captaining lions against South Africa and coaching England
excellent request, we'll see what we can do 👀
100% that would be excellent
Good call
Brilliant shout Jack!
Simply the best U.K rugby show, and right up there with the best on the planet! Brilliant.
Fantastic first episode. Such a good insight into Eddie and what makes him tick - he was more talkative than I expected which perhaps reflects how good a relationship he has with Hask. Brilliant stuff.

So lovely that Alex went back to his boarding school for this show - unironed shirt a real touch! Loving this gents - brilliant!
Great first show boys. Would love it if you could get Wadey on - someone stepping away from rugby at their peak to pursue something new would be fascinating.
Brilliant.....great first show and even as a Welsh man I really enjoyed listening to Eddie Jones
Get Rassie he is the Jurgen Klopp of Rugby. Tremendous skill and tactics coach but more importantly a master in psychology and positive attitude conditioning
Does Payno live in a school?
can neither confirm or deny this statement...
Brilliant!!
He’s sat in the butler’s office in the East Wing of the family mansion... 😂
@@cybertrophicYou don't know how close to the truth this is...
Loving it. The pace, the questions, the banter, the set-up, the trust, the remarkable Eddie Jones. Just brilliant lads - well done fellas!
thanks for watching Gus 👍

Mission accomplished in terms of getting to see an alternate aspect of someone you only know via the media. Excellent start. Well done.

Fantastic interview with Eddie, best of luck in the new show. Will be tuned in every week.
Much appreciated!
Eddie is brilliant and you can see how he has grown as a person and a coach. He knows that if you stop growing then you go backwards. What a man and he could be England coach until he retires as far as I am concerned.
'Evolve or die' as his whiteboard says 🔥
Eddies response to the Billy V comments are impressively insightful. Deep level understanding that just rolled right out..
Outstanding first show, eddie is a right fella, well done guys.

What an incredibly intelligent man. I love watching interviews with Eddie, the learning never ends.........

Fingers crossed!
Im assuming HOR is now stopped and you’ve started a new podcast ? Happy to assume this coz you 3 are funny and make my day. Great to see you all back.
HOR was run by Joe.co.uk, which has gone into administration

Cracking chat with Eddie! Hybrid players playing multiple positions, always knew the two's were innovators.
Good on ya Eddie. Really interesting insight. One of the most intelligent and self aware coaches going
Fantastic insight and great listening. More please.

Great episode, from an Irishman. He's much more sophisticated and measured here, begrudgingly admiring from afar
Love, love, love.....so glad you are back. Awesome first show - thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Fabulous to watch. Payno is fantastic as the conductor with Hask maturing a lot. Really looking forward to the pods, an hour was ALWAYS too short.

Wow. What an opening for the show. Brilliant and well done.

Brilliant episode. What a great guest.......could have seen a two parter it was so good.

The way Hask manages to slip in "I" into everything he says is poetic
Fantastic to have you guys back and what a fascinating and entertaining interview with Eddie, well done guys!!

so almost first! Good to see you back gents.
Glad to have you back watching!
Great show guys! Making working from home a lot more enjoyable now 🙌
Playing for Eddie seems awesome. That feeling when you got a coach that gets you and you get him is one of the best things ever.
Tadhg Furlong for a guest would be Epic.
You might be pommies, but I'm so glad you lot are back. #eddieisalegend

Eddie always a great listen and that's coming from an Irish man 😆🍀
Awesome episode. Only off-putting thing was Payno's camera trying to follow him around. Great to hear from Eddie, love it when he sings the anthem at every game!

Alex's webcam made me a bit motion sick.
Any chance of some more Welsh boys on?
Best podcast out there.
We'll ask him why it was following him around, maybe he paid for his own personal camera man? 🤔
As entertaining as ever, keep on doing what you do. Really interesting stuff from Mr Jones.
Can you get andy goode on, i think it would be fascinating to understand his rugby playing mentality and playing weight
Absolutely brilliant gentlemen, back with a bang!
Pilot episode of GBR and they’ve already matched their fantastic Will Carling episode! Wow!!
we try our best!
Excellent episode. I like this feels a bit more free flowing than before. Might I recommend Madison Hughes, Danny Barrett or Dan Lyle as guests?
Good show, lads! Good to see you back!
Great episode. Thanks boys for keeping our spirits up during the cluster f**k that is 2020! 😂
Cracking podcast guys! Really enjoyed that and getting to know Eddie a bit more! It's great to have you back! 🤩🤩

Any chance of getting Cipriani in? World Class player. Been through a lot. Would like to hear how he has changed and evolved over the years.
Strange view on what constitutes world class!! Looked fairly average in my opinion especially after his performance for a very average Rebels team in Super rugby.
