    Thank you. Exhaling from nose or mouth which one is better?

      In the video, we've shown it as exhaling through the nose. It requires a lot more "calm" to do that. But exhaling through your mouth certainly won't kill you. :-)

      Your nose was made to filter what comes into n out of your body. But some in a reply section said it produces higher levels of nitric. So more effececient.
