What part of your body have you had taped up? How are you going to free it up?

I was feeling pain and stiffness in the hips.. The more stretching I did the more pain I was getting.. The key for me was the dead bug exercise..

Something I do for hip pain is to ice the area first, then warm it up somehow, then stretch, then exercise, then stretch, and finally, ice. That is my routine as often as I can. It adds an hour to my routine to ice, but I have a way to ice while I'm standing and working or doing housework. Or I do stuff like bills while icing and sitting, so I don't feel like I'm losing so much time to icing. The big drawback to icing is that it is a massive time investment. But it's so helpful!

Great video bro . Really reinforce my realisation in respect to my lower back/ pelvis pain . I really got to spend more time in plank position with butt clenched at least 50 times a day for s minute of more as I can .

My fence was just like that, then it fell and we replaced it with horse wire, no privacy, but, safe for kids and fogs! Great video!

LOL that is a bad fence but replacement is so expensive propping it up works too until you move

We create human casts from being comfortable or not move and later have stiff or have a weak body. Mobilise slowly and learn to nose breathe exhale mouth. Look at children see how they move and mimic it.

Do i need to stretch and strenght my joint. Strenght in all ranges but most importantly pay attention about how i feel, 'cause if i'm sore i shouldn't workout with the weight i use to lift
