What do you think about the Diablo Rosso tyres? I’m finding a large difference in the rear tyre wear….I can now see and feel the difference in the harder and softer compounds… I love them but think I will go back to Michelin
@ExtremaRider funny you ask. Putting a new front on right now. Went with the Rosso 4 again. When I put a new rear on it felt amazing. You don't realize the handling you lose until you get a fresh Rosso. The tip-in is effortless with that V shape. I don't want to risk losing that feeling. I couldn't be happier with them. I got 5500 miles out of the rear and 8000 miles out of the front.
@@B-LeeRides that’s why I used to love Michelin pilot 3’s. They had the best traction for mileage back then… and never formed a ridge between the different compounds. As I do most of my acceleration on the side of the tyre. There is a noticeable amount of difference in the central to edge wear in my rear tyre… I heard the Michelin road 6 was now the new best
@@ExtremaRider Honestly, I dont have a ton of street experience and I don't have a lot to compare them to, so don't listen to my opinion. It would be nice if they lasted longer. They're not cheap...
@@B-LeeRides Michelin tyres are great. The pilot series were the best tyres I used… I used the new (replacement) road series. But yeh they don’t look as V shaped. I would replace this Rosso 4’s for a Pilot 5… just to try it. If I could get them. The Rosso 4’s are fantastic tyres it’s just the wear that make me want to try Michelin again.
Yeah, modes are: COMMUTE (best gas mileage and traction control up high, good for rain too) DYNAMIC (all-around performance mode) INDIVIDUAL (Fully customizable: throttle response, engine braking, TC, WC, and anti lock brake settings) My INDIVIDUAL mode has wheelie control tunrned off, and traction control turned down. I use COMMUTE when I'm just cruising. Makes a huge difference on gas consumption. In these videos I'm always in INDIVIDUAL mode.
These are solid settings. They’re almost the exact same settings I use. Only difference is I have ABS setting at 1, which has some front ABS but no rear.

@ExtremaRider good to know. I'll definitely keep those in mind for the future. Thanks man
Question. Does she have rider modes and if so what mode are you in?
