it's better for everyone to wear safety glasses for everyone than hard hats. It's more expensive to buy a hard hat than safety glasses; their famlies would be grateful
Me alegro de por fin poder ver a mecánicos pakistaníes con todos sus implementos de seguridad, entorno limpio y sin trabajar en esa incómoda posición con sus herramientas en el suelo. Felicitaciones...
Looks like the old tooling from Coventry. I worked on the Birlec for many years and it’s not as well kept now. The Gleason press quench oil is disgustingly dirty. I made the water cooled door jackets for the furnace as well. I really enjoyed working at the Coventry plant and it’s nice to see the machines still being used. It’s just a shame it moved abroad. And will someone please get them to clean that transfer wash, it pains me to see it so neglected 🤦♂️

wait.. why didn't this process include tooth grinding?? At no point did I see that and also only operator go/no go gauge checks are being done. Don't they have a measuring and QC room/team that can validate that specs are met? Trust operator numbers?? Where is the hardness test being done?? Also, why don't they perform a proper hardening on these gears?? I saw quenching but not tempering. This isn't how this stuff should be done! But of course, this is probably India or PK... hence they crappy quality standards.
Pakistan is suffering more and more losses on tradition. Only 20 years ago, not only shoes were totally unknown and now we can see the influence of the decadent western world. If this development will not be stopped, next century we'll see them using tables, chairs and even toilet bowles.

You are right but I’ve still got a MF tractor going strong that was born from this tooling when in Coventry. Simple but it works
Se a coroa e boa o pinhão na ronca 😅😅

Minit ke 12:50.bersih apron pekerjanya. Adakah mereka pakai hanya waktu vedio ini dirakam.😆
Tidak mereka memang sentiasa pakai apron
I bet they come with a 25 mile warranty too.😅
Better than your farting axx
Ok❤️
I am surprised the heat treatment is not done with induction.
my guess is electricity is harder to come by than fuels
SAE 8620 material is not hardened by induction. But by Carborizing.
@@engrnomannaseer interesting 🤔
