Got to love the safty gear. Toeless shoes. No glasses to fog up. Should anything explode like cast iron no big deal hire the next guy.
Love the safety flip flops.
While watching these men work hard, I'm always counting their toes.
They're alright... apart from stumpy... he's not alright
Right.
It's alright they have there safety flip flops on
Good ol' brembo quality right there!
I wouldn't want to use those on my truck or car but these guys sure are hard workers
How do you know the one on your truck don't come from a factory like this?
This is in Pakistan. They don't have much of a choice over there. It is usually either these, or nothing at all over there.
This parts i prabobly in your 150.000 $ audi 😊
Nope
Come on lads, stop knocking them, they do the best they can with what they have.
Blessings on you all. Salud de Argentina.👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yes..you're 100% true!! They earn next to nothing, they get 0 stuff from their boss, they have to do backbreaking work in terrible conditions but yet they don't complain!! I guess the other alternative is no job so no money at all...
@@Wanderer920, yes u right bro
As incredible as it is, this is why the UK's steel industry ground to a halt. It was no coincidence Tata was an indian company.
This is Pakistan & not India, ya dumbass Brit.
Still butt-hurt about India? 😂
This FF dance is hilarious! Hehehe
But what hardworking people! 💪
Just how many times can you throw something on the floor , then pick it up again!
😂😂😂
They get gentler as the cylinder gets closer to finished. Big cylinders, I wonder what trucks the fit. Have to be old as most stuff now has discs and pneumatic.
The most important step in the entire process is to through the pieces on the ground. After turning and milling.
They wouldn't be authentic Pakistani parts if they hadn't been thrown on the ground at some point in the process.
Think they watched Life of Brian.
"throw him to the floor sir. "
"yes , throw the waskal to the floor"
Покупаем смело, на прилавках магазина: " made in Germany" или Japan.

There’s not enough money over there to have an osha so they have the secondary group called Osh!t
Make a HIRAC on using a hammer!
I remember in the movie "The world's fastest Indian" where Burt Munro is casting a piston. He says one part Chevy and two parts Ford or something like that as he is putting in the pieces to melt the metal. This is like that, anything will do, just throw it in the furnace.
They are not indians but are Pakistani
@@shabbirpatel2923 I hate to break this to you, but Indian was and still is a brand of motorcycle like Harley Davidson or BMW.
they are the hardest workers over there i,ve ever seen.

They mix everything and melt it. Ideal alloy is created brake cylinders, with mixed steel-alluminum- plastic- sand- dirt from the sandy floor plus some toes.
19th century technologies, bare feet, sandals and teenager's labour. All that I like to watch.

pakistani amazing skill
❤ from indonesia
Great job guys but watch your protective gears against danger
The only cleaning that the bore of the cylinder received was a dunk in solvent (gasoline??) that was black with cast iron particles.
amazing technique
Well done
Next there off to be x rayed . And polished ,before being enamelled, And then pressure tested. Only then can it be labelled with the Ali bongo seal of approval
These people work very hard in harsh conditions day in and day out. I know our workers used to make millions of these for "The big three". At lease four for every vehicle made! and a master cyl. My 52 Desoto had two on each wheel front wheel and one one each in the back. 6 wheel cyls! and Chrysler made millions of cars in the 50's. They all did!.. and still do! But I'm not sure if we make our own brake parts anymore. A lot of steel plants closed in the 1980's under Raygun.
Es funktioniert, auch ohne irgendwelche Sicherheitseinrichtungen. Und wer braucht schon Schuhe beim Metallgiessen? 😉 Hut ab vor diesen Arbeitern!
Good Job Keep It Up 👍 ❤
excellent production
I dunno. I didn't see a QA department.
When your Partner comes home from work and say"I'M so tired i've worked So Hard" Show them this video! All this hard work for proberbley £1 a day.BTW this includes me in that statement!🇬🇧👏
You're so right!!!😂 This kind of labour and conditions don't exist anymore here in the West since a century or so...
Great job.
Pick it up off the ground, play with it and throw it right back on the ground.....Over and over again...lol
Not a single measurement taken, external or internal.Quality control check to see if it withstands the pressures expected of it.

In the age where such jobs taken by robotics, their skills are incredible.
Forget everything, just look at the finished product.
No doubt, its their skills 👍
I wouldn’t be using those break cylinders let me tell you

Very interesting and informative video. Would be interested to know how the approximate cost of each cylinder?
say they go for about $125-500
@@Devilyakinah, 120-220 USD max, the 500 is for parts that are imported and ACTUALLY made in Germany, etc😂 and not just the sticker

Three OSHA investigators just had a panic attack...........
Awesome work though...
OSHA, EPA, regulations, taxes and inflations have killed US industry. The result is that the USA exports much less than it imports leading to almost 1 trillion in trade deficit in 2022 leading to rising national debt which is choking off the country. We got like 130% debt getting real close to Italy and Greece that almost collapsed some years ago. Eventually we will be back to working in sweatshops like this.
@@drscopeify Yea no....
No we will not.. You need to update your facts my friend. You are behind the times and honestly sound a bit too pessimistic and naïve about the state of the world and the US's place in it.
You remember the pandemic right? EVERYONE is down and we still have a few years before we are back on track.
As of March 2023
American manufacturing growth started outpacing the rest of the world's growth at the end of last year - for the first time in recent memory.
We are sitting at 16.6% of global manufacturing and our output is valued at $1.8 trillion.
The big picture: The reasons for the surprising flip-flop are primarily energy and COVID-related, according to the Atlantic Council GeoEconomics Center.
Production of renewable energy equipment saw a big uptick in the U.S. last year, and oil exports soared, too.
Also: Domestic production of medical equipment like masks, gloves and pharmaceuticals grew.
Meanwhile, China’s manufacturing growth was muted because of its zero-COVID policies, while the eurozone’s production has been impacted by higher energy prices.
While the rest of the world grew a little, the US surged.
We are dealing with import issues not export issues.
Now we all know why these people do not make cars or any other clean technology.

They need to eat more spaghetti
I just love how they go and paint those greasy, grimy wheel cylinders. It shows how focussed they are on making things "look" good, versus actually be good. In a real factory the cylinders would not be painted, as there is no point. If they did want to paint them, they would first be cleaned and degreased, then sprayed with primer, then oven-baked for a few minutes, then maybe spray painted. Not some half-baked quick spray-job. You see this all over the videos from this area, where they waste time grinding down or lathing down welds.
