I also bought one of these bikes and so far I really like it. I haven't had a chance to ride it very much because of the weather, but I can't wait to try it out on the bike trails in Ohio. I did watch this video before I bought the bike, so thank you for helping me make up my mind.
Your very welcome. We just got to use them at Everglades NP and they came in so helpful for a 14 mile hike. We hope you really enjoy your bike when the weather is warmer 🙂take care
Oh wow! What a fun and informative video! Those look like really nice bikes. I hope you all enjoy them! I sure enjoyed this video. : ) Thank you for sharing it! Take care and be safe out there!
HI Jackie :) thank you so much I was a little hesitant at first. I guess i'm just use to the "old" bikes no power :) but I am getting use to it. Scott got it real quick since he has ridden motorcycles and other things before :) take care until the next video :) keep smiling 😁
I got mine today, it was 99% assembled , the only thing i had to install was mirror haha. Still charging my battery.. i bought the step thru, white version. 750W
How has it lasted for you? I'm interested in this bike but I'm worried about the motor frying on me. Just bought an ebike on Amazon and the motor died within 3 weeks.
I would love to get one. Thanks for the information. The fort is the best place for bike riding. 😄 sometimes that sand is hard to ride over on a regular bike. I know cause I have been there.
Pretty fast for 500 watts. Got mine 1 month ago and rode for first time today. Yeah, I had it up to 30+ MPH throttle only. Still can't believe it. No limiters or lockouts, any mode, I did 30mph in assist level 1. Just twist the throttle and enjoy.
do you know if this thing can get up onto and off of curbs easily? and does the screen on the bike light up at all? like if you are riding at night are you able to see it?
Mine came with 2 mirrors last week. I had to use an in closed QR code to download the 40 page instruction manual (lots of toner used). The handle of the cheap screw driver broke.
How did you get it going so fast? I have a 750w Narrak and I haven't gotten it to go that fast. I do LOVE the bike. You mentioned something about 100% in the settings?
Thank you for the review. We are looking into getting electric bikes. I look forward to seeing how you like them in a few months. How much does one weigh?
I have this bike and rode it for the second time today noticed a clunking sound coming from the front tire area. No idea what's going on. Have you experienced any issues with it?
No, but call customer service, they got on video call with me when pedal assist gave me an issue during assembly. Fixed the issue over the phone. Hope this helps, hopefully it's not serious.
I have the same exact bike, nothing different, on the pas if 0 the pedals don't move and the tire goes, if I put it on 1 2 3 4 5 the tire moves the pedals don't move, I can't figure out for the life of me how to make the pedals go :( anyway to explain?
It is Pedal Assist, the higher the number the faster you go when peddling. We keep it at pas1 or use only electric, if you have it set at 0 it will turn into a normal bike. Hope this helps.
@@brappineau4161 how have you liked it? brakes holding up well? do they squeak a bit? ive been looking at the 750w s127 step over all black model or the movcan 1500w v30 max all black model. really due to the fact that it has full suspension, a really comfortable seat per the reviews, great mileage, turn signals as well as a pretty bright headlight. Biggest selling point for the v30 max other than the full suspension is the hydraulic brakes because much less squeaking if any and better stopping power bc safety. also wanted to ask about how you felt about the suspension on the bike? I live in DC so the roads here are pretty rough for urban roads and id be using it to commute. That and how hard is it to pedal the bike without assistance? such as if the battery died on you? or would you basically have to walk it home?
@sooperfy , I own this narrak step through bike. Had it for 4 or 5 months. Have about 100 miles on it. I am 76 years old and weigh 215 lbs I bought it because the wife wants us to ride our bikes, however my knees are 100% shot and I thought this might toughen up my knees by pedaling but didn't want to get out somewhere and not be able to get back. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money on a bike in the offhand that I wouldn't ride it. I can say at this point that I think for the money, this bike is very well built and well worth the money, it has a really good comfortable seat, (actually better than the cushion one I bought for the wife's bike at the bike shop). It came with the gearing and controls completely adjusted better than any bike I've ever purchased before.I had never ridden a fat tire bike before so I first rode it in pas 0, which is no power assist at all. It is as easy to pedal as a regular bike on flat ground but if you are pedaling up hill those fat tires will definitely increase the effort, that said going down hill you will definitely pick up speed. The other thing about fat tires is they can make for a comfortable ride compared to smaller narrow tires, they are also great if your offroading in boggy ground. Shifting to pass1 you will pedal about 1/2 revolution and the motor kicks in and runs you up to 6 to 8 mph meanwhile you are basically free pedaling, if you shift to pass2, you will be powered up to about 12mph, pass3,= 16 to 18 mph, and so on. I have realized that my knees are so bad that I can't pedal any more so I just ride it like a motorcycle using the right hand twist grip throttle. Out of the 100 miles I have ridden it about 80 has been throttle only. I can't say just how many miles it goes power only, I suspect 25 miles. I hope this gives you an idea of this bike. I took a chance buying it for $669 didn't have anything wrong with it except I noticed in this review that this reviewer got a mirror. Mine didn't come with a mirror but did come with a seat cushion for the luggage rack. Neither of these items were mentioned as coming with the bike, not sure if the manufacturer just decided to give mirror or seat cushion out with the bike or what. When I was 20 years old I had a Honda motorcycle, riding this thing reminds me of the fun I had with it. I'm not as crazy as I used to be but this thing is actually fun to ride.

Good review. If anyone knows of any videos of the Narrak mountain bike 750W, let me know.
Can someone share the instructions sheet that shows how to make changes on the display.
Great Review! Really like it! Can you provide a link to where I can purchase one and if you don’t mind asking how much was it. TIA

Does brake light have turning signal light? Most of ebikes have those features now.
No, wish it did.
How much do your weigh btw. Are the numbers they claim pretty close to accurate?
Thank you for the review. We are looking into getting electric bikes. I look forward to seeing how you like them in a few months. How much does one weigh?
HI Martha your very welcome hope it was helpful we look forward to doing more reviews in the coming months they weigh about 60 lbs each :)
Is this the 750W version?
No it's the 500w, been good so far!
Take that razor knife away from Scott please! 😂😂
lol I said the same thing 😀 he is WAY to accident prone 😉😀😀😁😁

How do you turn it on, put key in on and nothing....
turn the key and hit the throttle ( handle bar )
I have the same exact bike, nothing different, on the pas if 0 the pedals don't move and the tire goes, if I put it on 1 2 3 4 5 the tire moves the pedals don't move, I can't figure out for the life of me how to make the pedals go :( anyway to explain?
did he like the comment but not respond to it? lol least it was a decent review
Hi there can you help me please where can I buy a disc brake
I get all my bike parts from Amazon
Hi there. how long can you charge the bike's battery
Not sure, haven't had to charge it yet, we only have about 20 miles on each of them. We will have to do an update video !
Where did you get your bag
Amazon
You would think they would have been smart enough to secure the mirror so it wouldn't be jumping around in the box during shipping 😂
😁
I no. Easy to find breake pads
Is the bike very heavy?
55lbs
Can you tell me what the 0-5 PAS mean please
It is Pedal Assist, the higher the number the faster you go when peddling. We keep it at pas1 or use only electric, if you have it set at 0 it will turn into a normal bike. Hope this helps.
Do these go under their own power or only pedal assist?
Hi brappineau they are both pedal assist and they can go on their own power. hope this helps
I wound up purchasing the S127 black and orange! Thanks@@RoadTrippinforlife

I just ordered two of these bikes. One suggestion is that you should wear helmets. Please ride safely.
