    I've had this printer for YEARS and never knew I could put out the paper tray. That fixed it because I could get to the jam. Thanks!!

    YOU SAVED MY PRINTER'S LIFE! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I had no idea the printer had another accessible compartment ie. The clean out door, where I could pull out the paper.

    Hi HP,
    I've tried all of this but the paper keeps jamming. I just bought the printer 5 hours ago. I don't know what to do. Also, when the paper gets pulled in it slightly tears at the edge in the center. I hav HP 3525

    I have an HP 3510 that keeps jamming. I tried everything. How can I fix it. Why should I have to do anything? I've went through 6 printers in the past 2 years. Why are they made so crappy?

    I'm having trouble opening the duplex cover on my printer. It doesnt open as smoothly as it does in your video. In fact I cant open it without being afraid of outright breaking it. Help?

      +Nel Kam There is a document titled "A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Deskjet 3520 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3520 e-All-in-One Printer Series" that will walk you through the steps on clearing a paper jam. What is nice about the document is there are several diagrams that might help you remove the duplexer. To find the document please search for C03258367 on HP's home page or using Google search.

    I've tried all the method above and my printer still keep jamming. It seems like the jamming occur due the paper was unable to enter into the printing sessions. Externally everything was alright and there was no obstruction paper or obstacle found. Is there any way to check for the internal area for any obstacle? Or is it the area that open the path for printing was not working ?

It includes the video above, but you may find it of help. If you followit and get to the last solution, and it is still jamming, then service is likely needed.

    I'm having trouble diagnosing my printer it has a clear paper jam message but the carriage is stuck in the right side and doesn't want to move and I've looked there are no jams the only problem I have found is that the carriage is stuck on the right side help

Please let me know how things turn out.

    Hello, I repeated all of these steps, and still ' clear jam ' is highlighted. It never allows me to go to tools. I've had my printer for a year, and I rarely use it. he problem started recently when I replaced the black ink. Often I'd have replace paper notices.

    My printer keeps saying there is a paper jam. I did everything in this video and also rechecked that there is no paper inside, and it still says there is a jam. I'm at a loss for words.

    There is no need to do all of that with all due respect, just lift the lid on the printer you will see a orange handle lift that and remove any jam paper, Job done"
