Whether it's the only drive pedal in your signal chain, or you're stacking it with other pedals, the Walrus Audio Ages overdrive pedal delivers a huge range of low- and high-gain tones. It's a highly adaptable overdrive pedal - a five-way rotary selector gives you five different flavors of gain and clipping to play with. Use the dedicated Dry knob to combine the saturation of the overdrive with the precise, articulate sound of your dry guitar tone. Choose the overdrive mode that sounds best for your music, use the Dry knob to fine-tune the sonic balance, and you're ready to rock.

An overdrive for the ages! Which of the 5 voices is your favorite? Don't forget to like and subscribe for more!
Don is the perfect person to show this pedal off. He is so tasteful and riffy. This seems to be the pedal that needs to be used in conjunction with another drive to really take full effect, then again, those all sounded great on their own.
I’m glad that overdrive pedals are starting to transition to the 4 knob style ODs (Volume, Gain, Treble, Bass)! I’ve gotten tired of having to use a single tone knob and not be able to dial in my desired bass frequencies along with my treble frequencies. I’ve thrown in an EQD Westwood and a Lovepedal OD11 in my board because they’re 4 knob ODs and I’m so impressed with the versatility they provide!
Do you think it really needs to be stacked? I thought what was useful is that it gives you circuits similar to the 4 main types, but with the ability to alter them, as you might with a TS or boost pedal. It might be too ambitious in a couple modes, but I don't really find it compromised, as with EQD's Grey Channel .Maybe not a do all and be all ,- I still hesitate to remove my 385 , for example, - but pretty thourgh.
Don is the Best ... So Cool and Composed
I had a giant board of overdrives and distortion pedals, I picked up the ages and eras, and was able to replace them all with these two pedals. The only pedal I kept was a JHS tube screamer. These pedals are the best OD pedals on the market. I have owned JHS, Keeley, Boss, Earth quaker, MXR, the list goes on over the years. These two cover all of that, other than a good old tube screamer.
So much character and clarity. This pedal deserves a jena cesar for sure
Very good demo, all the knobs and adjustments with the sound tone of each. Thanks
Don is a total pro and a great guitar player. He also makes sure you can hear what the gear sounds like, without of putting his playing on display. Great job as always.
My favorite sounding overdrive as of recent!
Wonderful demo.
So versatile pedal. The fifth voice with gain at 3 reminds me the metal muff.
That's a great sounding pedal. I like it...
Awesome pedal and awesome playing.
Works good on bass too...pushes my Fuzzlord FU-2 into sweet destruction.
What a great pedal I like to win this one🙁
Lightning Jack is this true? Could you provide some articles about it? I’ve never ordered from Sweetwater before but I’m interested in knowing if he does support Trump.
Don played every Alkaline Trio song ever just now
Go Home Freshmen terrible band
Dry knob didn't go dry like a reverb pedal. Still sounds great
I have Checked Everywhere i don't know if it is a true bypass pedal. anyone know ?
I liked mode 3 best. 1 sounds fuzzy and jangly. 5 sounds stifling and congested.
What's that first song?
