I just ordered the kyanite techwool hoody, and I’m excited to try it out. I’ve never owned a kyanite before, and your reviews definitely helped me decide.
I love your honest reviews. I have the LT and it is truly very comfortable like you said. Just ordered the AR as we move towards colder months up here in Washington.
I'll see what I can come up with. The problem is that there are a million different combinations, the video would be really long. I try to show some layering options in many of my videos. It's a good idea, I'll think about what I could do. Thanks
To me, there is no difference in length comparing the two. They do seem to be slightly longer than the covert cardigan, and all are longer than the Delta LT.
Perfect thanks for the reply. I too own a Kyanite LT and thought from pictures the AR looked shorter. I’ve just ordered the AR due to your reply. Thanks
I think you have it backward about these being better than Delta LT for activities. In general the more stretch a fleece the less breathable it is. That said the Kyanite I tried on seemed very warm and cozy. I would love it if your videos mentioned the weight difference and material differences when comparing two items.
Thanks for your reply. I get what you're saying. I was most likely thinking about it being able to stretch as you move around, and not thinking about the breathability. Your point makes sense. On your other point, I do have two other videos about the materials that the jackets are made of. I don't get into the technical make up of the fabrics however. But it may be of some assistance to you. Thanks again
Yes, But just remember that fleeces are not very wind proof, so if there is a cold wind, you will feel it. Also, they are not waterproof. Otherwise, it's a nice comfortable jacket that can keep you warm.
Sorry, I don't have one of those. It sounds like an interesting piece. The wool is great for warmth, and very good at pulling moisture away from the body.

Great, that piece does look interesting. I really do like the kyanites, and I'm sure you'll be happy with that too. Let me know if you like it.

Good choice!
Another excellent review. Thank you!
Thank you. 🙂
can you make a video on different layering options for different weather using different arc’teryx pieces ex. kyanite ar + atom lt + beta lt

Excellent review as always, one thing though, have you thought about a radio mic to help cut down on echo?
It's hard in my basement, and I need to keep the mic out of the picture frame. I'm new at this : )
@@meandmyjackets keep up the great work! I’m sure you’ll find a small mic somewhere online that I’ll clip on your collar and so the trick.
Hi there. Thanks for the video, could you outline the difference in length if any between the LT and AR?
Regards
Lee

Can u also wear the kyanite ar hoody alone in the autumn season ?

Any thoughts on the tech wool version of the Kyanite AR?
