Hiiii i had commented on one of your other videos that i will be having my tt in a month , lab results came back friday and hemo is 11.6 , any recommendation in bringing that up ? Im so upset 😢
see your PCP -- iron can help it come up, and also you need to figure out WHY its low -- often figuring out the why can help you address it. Don't worry. Your time will come. Remember God's timing is best sis! It will happen for you eventually and you don't want to rush it if the time isnt right.
