Keto Pumpkin, Pecan & Chocolate Pie

- Thanks for watching my video guys! I know the pie crust is a bit unconventional, but I can’t use almond flour and I got used to using pork rinds as a flour when I started Carnivore. I really like the texture of this crust and it works good for me. I hope you guys enjoy it. Let me know if you do try it!

I think if I were to make this again I would just use the mixture I had mixed in my bullet for one larger thicker pie crust.
Which would be as follows for one pie crust.
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 Large handful of pork rinds plus a few
2 tbsp Brown Swerve
1/4 cup Monk fruit sweetener
3 tbsp lard
1 egg
Or you could double this batch and stretch the recipe to fill three pie crusts like I did in the video.
Chocolate Pudding Pie
1 1/2 cups of egg whites
1 egg
1 tbsp caramel fudge skinny syrup
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp powdered Swerve
1 tbsp lite Cream cheese
1 tbsp 10% cream
1/2 cup water
After the egg whites and one egg are cooked, I combined all the ingredients in my bullet until it was a rich creamy pudding, then poured in to my pie crust.
Covered and chilled in fridge until ready to serve.
Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 can pumpkin purée
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup 10% cream
2 eggs
1/3 cup powder swerve
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice skinny syrup or 1 teaspoon of allspice.
In a mixing bowl I combined all the ingredients and poured into my premade piecrust.
I baked at 350°F for 43 minutes.
Pecan Pie
1 1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup of keto syrup
1/3 cup powder swerve
2 tablespoons brown Swerve
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla skinny syrup * optional
3 eggs
*Optional handful of pecans to decorate the top of pie
In a mixing bowl I combined all the ingredients then poured mixture into my premade piecrust.
I baked at 350°F for 15 minutes then pulled the pie out and covered with foil and continue to bake for another 45 minutes covered.

Can the crust be made with butter instead of lard? Looks yummy
I am so sorry I am only getting back to your comment now. Yes you could use butter instead of lard you just have to make sure it is softened enough to blend in well not too cold but not too melty either☺️
You mean half and half is what your using for 10% cream?
