Also in the midst of a pandemic if you’re a doctor and can work it shouldn’t matter what matters is you are helping people and thank you is what she should have said
Bro like that happened to my friend like she was gonna help tutor a kid but then the parents said no cuz she was Asian and they thought she had covid. Like it really pissed me off especially when covid was is it’s initial stage/very pre quarantine

@@bugdonovitch I understand what you're getting at but I think it's very naive. The way this is portrayed, that lady did not ask that question in order to make better decisions. Pretending the problem doesn't exist and treating it with kid gloves won't make it go away. For those who ask the question without malice or ill intent, it really is a learning experience, but you have to realise that more often than not, people ask these questions with FULL understanding of what it means and how it'll affect the individual on the receiving end. I wouldn't hate or even be angry just as I wasn't when I was a victim of racism myself since I refuse to let those miscreants get a reaction out of me. However, you must call a spade a spade. What you're attempting to get at, treating adults who do these things with the intention of hurting others, who have the capacity to distinguish right from wrong and have had several chances to seek knowledge and better understanding and decided against it, with kid gloves, is exactly why we still have to deal with these issues in 2020. Because instead of it being dealt with honestly and out in the open, it was swept under the rug and now that rug has been moved, unearthing all the dirt. Social media moved the rug.
I commend you for it because it's a very noble sentiment but I suggest you save it for children and teenagers, those who don't know any better, because adults should and have to know better by now.

I'm saying it is counterproductive to call racism anything other than what it is or to treat it with kid gloves, coddling those who should know better. To kill it in adults, It is necessary to be firm and clear in your stance in regards to racism. Being firm and unapologetic in your stance against racism doesn't make you unkind, it makes you aware of your basic human rights and that they are non-negotiable.

Could this possibly a teaser to them coming back because Callie was very into innovating and medical trials. She could possibly be working with this doctor and personally fly out to Seattle to help Meredith. Also Sara Ramirez put Dr. Callie Torres back into their instagram bio, and both Sara and Jessica have multiple pics of a beach...

Just enjoy having the characters back ohlala. Grey's fan are Always complaining. The show is not as good as before but it's still here and we can enjoy some of our best beloved characters just enjoy the ride

I personally think it's great , it's really showing people how covid is serious and how it doesn't only affect you the person who got it but your family and friends mentally . They are showing the whole process of covid all the stages and symptoms ..its a medical show they need to be realistic so I love it

Grey's anatomy is a medical drama show so it would be disservice to the frontline and healthcare workers if they didn't do covid. Ellen Pompeo also has stated that this season is dedicated to the frontline and healthcare workers.
