Whenever I watch Meredith with her kids makes me remember how heartbroken she was after her miscarriage and inability to have kids. Now she’s got 3 of them. Wish Derek was with her. When we first saw her who wud have thought this is how her story wud shape. I keep going back to old Grey’s and it makes miss the original cast. How young Meredith was when Grey’s started and merder were a young couple. Now Zola is a teenager. I became a doctor after seeing Grey’s
Congrats on becoming a doctor! I often think if I had watched Greys as a teen that I might have taken that career path.
Then I have a question is it a litle bit the same as grey's anatomy
When you think of it, Zola had more time with Derek. While Bailey got little time. And I feel bad Ellis didn’t even get to know Derek. I’m glad she gets remarried

Im glad that Meredith's kids are okay with her being with someone else but i remember how Zola had a bond with Derek and how Derek did not leav Baileys side after birth unfortunately he did not have any moments with Elis but im sure all of them would have been sweet

I have never watched this show before but I have watched the programme clips on RUclips and I have very much enjoyed them and I hope to at some point that I will be able to subscribe to the TV channel that this on. I am wanting to watch this from the first series onwards. But getting to knowing the characters, when viewing this and the other clips (sad, dramatic and funny), it makes me sad not seeing Derek there. He would have been a great father to the children and also loved them so much. To me, watching this click, I can see that Meredith absolutely adores her children and they are her world to her.

@@peacedarlynn yes I know but I'd imagine that people name their kids after their parents when they had a good relationship with them
If I recall she was basically having flashbacks her childhood with Ellis the entire pregnancy and she was able to get help she needed cause of her childhood. I think its she didnt name her after Ellis but moreso because of Ellis

Well we know one I f them isn't his kid.
Zola was part of the Africa program that Arizona and Alex started.. she and Derek adopted her; and the other two are their biological children. Meredith found out she was pregnant with Ellis right after Derek’s death.
She has 3 kids, they’re all hers and Derek’s. The oldest, Zola, was adopted by her and Derek when she was like six months or something. The younger two, Bailey and Ellis, are both theirs biologically but Derek never got to meet their youngest daughter Ellis.

She's (zola) her (Meredith) adopted daughter. She was frightened by her mom's appearance that's why she refused to see her.

Why was Meredith in prison
Insurance fraud. She tried to help a kid but she didnt have insurance and her dad was new to the country I think? But she put her daughters name under the insurance part and she got caught
What happened to Meredith in this scene why does it seem like she's talking with her teeth clenched
she was attacked by a paitent in season 12 or 13
She suffered a violent attack by a psychotic patient. Among other injuries, her jaw had to be wired shut in order to heal.
