Thank you William and thank you for sharing your journeys at amazing places around the world in reality our life’s go by so fast I need to get out and do what you do best of travels and be safe..
Hi, William. Yes, Thailand has very strict visa policies. There is no getting around their laws; many people try. Doing border runs is definitely not the answer as, you will be denied entry if you abuse the situation. At some point, they will tell you that you will not be allowed in on future trips. It's the reality. On the other hand: - Vietnam offers 3 month visas. Da Nang & Nha Trang are excellent beach cities, as is Vung Tau just south of Saigon - You can stay in the Philippines for 3 years by extending your tourist visa - Malaysia also allows 90 day visas, no questions asked. The island of Borneo is definitely worth a trip. Lankawai & Penang are also worth a visit. As for your trip from Pattaya to Bangkok, your choices were spot on as, traffic jams in Bangkok can have you sitting for 3 hours without moving a kilometer. The Airport Link & BTS Train were the best way to get to Chatuchak Market area and, from there, it's easy to find a shuttle. Other than that, stay safe & have fun... *I'm pretty sure that Thailand has a Digital Nomad Visa. They also have a 1 year Muay Thai visa...
Thailand does not have a digital nomad visa. The LTR visa which I think you may be referring to is for wealthy retirees or remote working company executives (which no major company allows anyway) so it's generally not useful for anyone under 40 or 45, who won't earn enough or meet the requirements to qualify for this visa
@danielboomers LOL of course you have to go to school. They're cracking down on fake students abusing student visas. Also, why would you use an agency to get a student visa which is easily obtained through a legitimate school? Most agencies have stopped assisting with student visas anyway.
2014 i came with a 60 Day tourist visa to Pattaya, near Jomtien is Chon Buri Immigration, there i was able to extend my visa for 30 days, it cost around 50 Euro. Its good that Thailand has strict laws, they dont want to end up like germany with illegal mass migration. They are smarter.
When I arrived the first time in Kuala Lumpur in september 1991 it was both modern and futuristic. Even more so in 2009 and i suspect a lot more now. 🙂
I enjoyed the video! Congrats on 100,000!!! My husband and I have been watching you since summer 2021 and really enjoy your content. We love "coming along with you"! 🙂 We met and talked to you in Puerto Vallarta for a few minutes when you were there. Be safe and enjoy your travels!
When living in the Pattaya - Jomtien area, the trick is to always book your flight from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Instead of from Don Mueang (DMK). In this way you can take the low cost bus from Jomtien directly to Suvarnabhumi. This is the least hassle way to travel on the cheap when living in the Pattaya - Jomtien area.
To catch a train to Don Muang is easy go to Makkasan station (from the Suvarnabhumi Airport (ARL) then catch a train to Bang Sue station (blue line) (MRT) you need to get onto the (red line) (SRT) and then service to Don Muang or alternatively catch the airport bus if you have an airline ticket it’s free. Note when using the trains you have to change to different lines and you may get confused? So ask at the ticket counter or ask a staff member if you are confused, but have what you want to ask on a translator if you don’t speak Thai. REMEMBER MAKKASAN AND BANG SUE STATIONS AND THERE IS A BIT OF A WALK TO FROM THE STATION TO THE AIRPORT ALSO THERE IS A FOOD COURT WITH CHEAP FOOD ON YOUR LEFT AND A 7/11 AS YOU ARE WALKING TO THE AIRPORT ITS ALL UNDER COVER
A 30 day on arrival visa exemption also entitles the holder to a 30 day extension. It doesn't require any application either. The 60 day tourist visa is not easy to get these days.
@@ThePatriot-gm1fgThe 60-day tourist visa is still easy to get. I know plenty of people who entered on that. It's subsequent requests for it that might be denied. The days of doing visa runs for years on end are over. Keep in mind that if you want to convert a 30-day stamp or a tourist visa to non-immigrant, you have to put in the application at least 15 days before the visa expires.
Big congratulations on reaching your goal of 100k subsctibers. You definitely deserve it. Enjoyed your videos from Thailand. Looking forward to your videos from Malaysia. bangkok to pattaya on the bus cheap ! by cab set price about $35.00 not $60.00 and btw there is afree trasit bus services between the two airports if you just asked information at the airport ! i have done this many times...
If you visit Malaysia you can enter and get back into Thailand free no cost unlike if you visit Cambodia or other surrounding countries who charge for their visa to enter.

Hello William, There is a free shuttle from BKK airport to DMK airport. Just go inside the terminal and ask where to get it. Enjoy Malaysia it's an awesome country.
Easier to take from pattaya van bus to Trat town then on to cambodia border xing a day or 2 stay just x border then reenter thailand for another 30 day visa then taxi or van trat. Then bus to pattaya. More interesting than the airport and flightz. Cheaper too.
Wiliam, there is always the possibility for a so called "onward-ticket". this ticket you can show if they want to see a flight out of thailand when you board the flight at your home airport. Thats how i do it when i go for a 3 or 6 month visa as i never know exactly when i wanna leave again.
We are visiting SE asia rather than Mexico this year too! I miss Mexico and will return one day, but the accommodation is so so affordable here for my fam of 5 compared to Mexico. Currently in KL but our other fav places were Koh Lipe, Thailand + Lombok, Indonesia 👌

Your comment makes no sense. If your visa expired on entry, you would have to leave the country immediately. The stamp they put in reads "ผ.30" under the words "visa class". "ผ." is the abbreviation for ผ่อนผัน" which means to exempt temporarily.
You are 100% correct, visa is needed to entry the country and depending on type of visa you get a permission to stay. Interesting video. I took a grab taxi to Pattaya Hotel. Then another grab taxi back to Bangkok it was very convenient.
Will You still here in Thailand
Great video William like usual. You gave out great info.
Is your friend waiting for you to come back or is she going along
with you?
By the way, you need to come back home to Mexico. Mexico suited you so well.
Hi William, I am always really impressed by your drone footage! Thailand looked amazing. Can you, or someone else if they know, please tell me what drone you use. I want to save up to purchase one like it.
You should visit
1. East java
2. Borobudur temple
Thanks for your honesty, you sure made many mistakes!!
Mate, you should go to Pattaya North bus terminal to catch a bus to Bangkok and get a van from there to Don Mueang airport .
Don't forget to come back to visit the Songkran festival in Thailand Bro
The airport is called So-wan-i-pum. The 'I' is not used.
Interesting video👍🏴 but so many Tourists yuk😅😅
OMG you only had to google on line to find out that there’s a free shuttle bus between Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports😢
