Interim Wests Tigers boss Shane Richardson says he's the right man to lead the club back to glory, having overseen major rebuilds at Souths, Penrith and Cronulla.
Richardson replaces outgoing CEO Justin Pascoe, who quit on Tuesday in the wake of an independent review that saw the club's entire board stand down.
"Wherever I've been I've shown you don't linger in the past, you look to the future, and everything I want to do is in the future."
