Modern House Part 17.5- Crane cam timelapse plus trial angle.

Here's the rest of the unused footage from the gopro on the crane for part 17 as I top out on the roof. I also tried a different angle that ended up a little shaky but the light was great and overall it was a good perspective. As always, thanks for watching and I'll be back on Thursday with part 18.

Really close but there's still plenty to do. I have a ton of little stuff in between this and the next big one. I'll do my best to make a show out of it all:-)

Pity the Go-Pro died before the work day was finished, but I enjoyed the bonus footage, also really enjoyed the new perspective, the shake might be fixable with image stabilisation? (I'm not an expert on those cameras) Looking forward to part 18 :)

I just ran an old phone out there on the crane block so it would be on the same level as i was. Pretty sure image stabilization was on but the breeze was maxing it out. See you tomorrow!

@@ShredPile GoPro’s have good image stabilisation and are waterproof 🙃

@@Aidan-tu4un Truth, I lost the clip explaining what I was doing during that setup. Once my gopro is mounted to the trolley looking down I can't get it back until I put the crane down. The shaky angle was from a side mounted iphone on the block so it looked back at the job. Early on in the job I put the gopro on the block and the footage was unwatchable and i'm surprised that this Iphone stuff was even close.
Also, come to think of it, They both do ok but remember, this is timelapse in both cases which compounds the problem......
