Me too!! I got one for $7, nice and healthy. Then they were still there when I went back to Smith's 2 more times. I got 3 clearance plants that looked very healthy!! So excited too!!

Was looking around my moms sunroom tonight and saw she had this growing in a pot under a bunch of handing ferns and it. Was. HUGE. The stems on it are literally half an inch thick. Took a cutting off the top and just plopped it in water tonight. Excited to watch it grow!

I just purchased this philodendron squamiferom at my Lowes here in Fort Lauderdale yesterday! They had it labeled as a philodendron Monstera Deliciosa and I know that was incorrect because I have that type already in my front garden. I’m very excited to see how this will grow in the ground. I have a good spot in my yard and have great weather year round here in south FL. Philodendrons are some of my favorite tropical plants, thank you for your video, I like how you explain and describe things.
I got a small rooted cutting. It is good to know patience is important as it accurate. I do look forward to seeing it grow. Thank you for the tips. It is such a cool plant.

I managed to get one in sale in uk and it’s beautiful I love the red burgundy fuzz. My family think it’s weird but I love it 😆😆
Hi Nick! That is such a pretty, and unusual plant. I like the red petioles, it really adds to it's uniqueness. This is another plant you've shown us that I will be on the lookout for. My South facing windows have a large 2-story house blocking them, but those are mainly the only windows I have for houseplants. I just don't buy plants that need an excess of bright light. Thank you so much for sharing!
They aren't that available even though they're at big box stores..they're not selling tons on them! Seems like they only let a few batches out at a time

I have a tiny new one with no shape to leaf in a 2 inch pot. I had no idea that one day that the leaves will have the gorgeous shape.

Mine is thriving directly in front of a north-West facing windows. Get direct sun for about 3 hours a day. It has literally gone bananas and tripled in size, both height and leaf size. Fertilise about every 3 weeks.

I bought mine about 6 months ago had 4 leaves.. And now it's about 3 1/2 feet tall.. filtered sunlight.. grows soo fast.....
Squams haven’t shown up in big box stores in the PNW yet as far as I know but a local nursery got some 4” TC ones for $35 and I’m pretty tempted to grab one.
First time I've seen one was today I bought it on the spot

Hello, i have one of these its about 1m height but new leaf buds starts to brown and die before burst... idk what might be the cause of this.
Nick, do you have advice for identifying unknown indoor ferns? I can ID wild plants but houseplants are a whole other world and none of the apps I know are helping.
