Hey Grant! thanks for the video it was very helpful. I would like to add that you could change the background from white to match the color in OBS or any color you would like. All you needed to do was to left click inside the chatbox and select INSPECT and on the right hand side of the pop up window you will see background-color under BODY.

im a little concerned over how many permissions it seems to ask for, being able to run commercials, and moderate and change a bunch of stuff it really has no need to.. is there maybe a less terrifying option that does the same thing?
Only problem i cannot solve is that my YT chat is disabled in OBS, ive checked privacy setting and live chat settings on my YT, and i cant make it work. Any advice?

As long as your RUclips is linked. It doesn't matter how many RUclips streams are going they will share the feed. I can confirm since I've tested this.

Nice update, but unfortunately it doesn't work well if the dock is placed in portrait orientation in OBS. I have a narrow & tall sized dock so I can see lots of messages and it cuts off after the first two characters. Might just have to adjust to a landscape oriented dock instead. Thanks for the vid though!!

I have everything else squared away except my chat 🙃 (and getting my lag to stop but im using my s23 ultra and wifi, im getting an ethernet cord soon and an independent streaming camera soon lol)

That's how RUclips works, unfortunately. They don't focus on streaming since they are video platform first.
