You only missed one thing, in the settings under output. For the twitch streamers, that save their vod. They should tick one of the boxes for the twitch vod. Then go to the advanced audio settings afterwards, to untick the music in the track, they chose for the twitch vod. To avoid copyright streaks on a saved vod.
Been searching on RUclips for a tutorial on separating audio and Ngl u killed the tutorial in the best way possible😂 keep doing what your doing and hope u have a great day 👍
Just setup my RUclips and TikTok through aitum vertical but I may redo it and use the RTMP plugin this looks so much better audio routing wise, great work! 🍻
Thank you for this video! Great timing, I'm amazed it's only two weeks old! I can't seem to change the audio encoder for my RUclips output -- it only has "Get from OBS" as an option. Any idea why that might be happening? EDIT: I reinstalled the plugin and that did the trick! Thanks!
Great tutorial. However, it is possible to set different tracks for the youtube vod and stream with this plugin? That way people on youtube could also listen to the music while you stream but music won't be on the final vod, exactly like on twitch
Nice video bro but i have question. This multioutputs dont work because of main stream not started which we setup in settings section. What i should do?
For some reason I'm not getting the option to select FFMpeg AAC. The only thing available is "Get from OBS". So it is also not allowing me to select different Audio tracks which is necessary.
Hiya, is there any way to separate tracks for our multiple output streams live vs vod tracks? So for example when streaming to twitch only through obs i can choose what goes to the vod vs whats played live (music for example). I want to stream to youtube as well and would love to split youtube, but not published to the vod. So basically I'm wanting 4 tracks, Twitch Live, Twitch VOD, RUclips Live, RUclips VOD. Is there a way to do this with multistream? Thanks!
Should I not check off every other box when it comes to audio that I don't want to DOUBLE on Twitch? Example of what I'm asking is, like your APEX example, Check Audio Track 1 but shouldn't I uncheck everything else so TWITCH doesn't get double the audio. Or is this JUST that simple lol and I'm over thinking it... lol
This is a useful tutorial, thanks! Sadly I used to have issues with the separate capturing of audio with the Application Audio Source , especially music got randomly distorted multiple times per stream. That's why I capture all my desktop audio at once, and that would make it tough to split. Do you know if this problem is resolved by now?
May or may not be relevant, but I was having issues with the Application Audio Capture feature when opening the programs that were being captured (Spotify, for example) using my Stream Deck. Opening my programs manually instead of using a Stream Deck button seemed to do the trick.
I don't think that's relevant for my issue, but thanks :)@@itsTomasina The audio distortion bug is a known one and is caused by a WIndows bug, not an OBS one. But I have no clue if something can be done to workaround it.
a question i have is the twitch or kick VOD's will they remain on track 2? so im not logged into obs with twitch so when i stream i stream from restream because im streaming on 2 platforms. i use the restream link as the thing that connects me to twitch and kick to stream. after that i go to output then streaming it shows only audio track and its checked at 1. It does not show twitch VOD 1-6 tracks this option is available under audio track 1-6.
hi im not sure if you ever figured this out, but that is the problem with restream. it literally does NOT allow you to change that setting, restream practically deletes it. i started using the multi rtmp output plugin for obs, and the setting is there!
Hey man I've got something I'd like to setup but I'm not quite sure how I'd like to setup a sub goal but since I'm multistreaming it seems I'm only able to setup a sub goal for either twitch or kick. Is there a way to setup a combined sub goal?
Unfortunately, there's no way that I know of to combine 2 different platform sub goals. You better off making 2 different subs goals for each platform with the color making their branding. I would recommend making 1 sub goal for which platform you prefer more, though.

I'm so glad to have found your channel!
Thank you so much!
Absolute hero right here. it wasnt clear that the audio output was actually the audio channels. just that bit of info was perfect.
You may have just saved my life with one video. Much appreciated.

Looked for this comment thanks for the help
does anyone in the chat know why I am unable to change or modify the encoder on my audio settings in multiple output section?

I have the same problem bro
Big help, thank you brother!! 👆🏻
hey i don't get the option of "application audio capture beta" is that a plug in or is because im on a mac computer?? im on the latest update too
It's probably because you're on MacOS. I know on Windows it works. That's interesting it doesn't show up for Mac.

How to make the mic not pickup the desktop audio

Ah okay I see, thank you!@@TechGrant
Do you need 2 pc’s to make this work?
@officialvosstrading Nope, this is for a single pc setup.
@@TechGrant thank you!!! You are great. Last question can I also do this using streamyard instead of obs?
@officialvosstrading Np, I haven't used streamyard, so I can't say.
can you do this with streamlabs?
I have to test streamlabs multi output to see if they allow multi audio output control.
nevermind i just set it up everywhere. you wont believe how long i just spent setting everything up@@TechGrant
