Thanks! You'll need to have your Helix set for Snapshots on top row and Stomps on the bottom row to get to the "synth bass" sounds - it's in the Global Prefs. There's no MIDI involved, all the "synth bass" sounds are done in the Helix.
yeah I just re-updated my helix again and did a factory reset and I am still getting the same error. Tried pre and post back restore got the same error. I am on line6 updater 1.28 using helix edit 2.81 my helix is showing grammatico NRM, Brt, and jump

running 3.71 and got this error when trying to import the patch- HX Edit was unable to import this preset because it contained unrecognized models.
Hmmm… I made this with 3.7 so it should be OK. Make sure you do the full factory reset after you do the update.
Also at 3.71 - no problems ... except with the synth part ... Do you run stomp/snapshot mode or something?
