- Have you ever driven by a really nice house and wondered what the inside is like? What if that house had a massive 10+ car garage?
Join me and @HooviesGarage as we attempt to help out my friend's parents host their open house. How are we supposed to help? Well, this 9,000 sq/ft house features a 10 car garage, and all of the cars that are normally in the garage are gone! So the local luxury car dealer is planning on bringing over some nicer Porsches and other models to showcase the amazing garage space for the open house. I wanted to help out by bringing over my exotic car (Tavarish's Maserati from Season 2 of Car Trek).
After our attempt to help out, we take a tour through the house. As thorough of a tour as you could expect from two automotive RUclipsrs. But this house is amazing! It has so many neat features, including an elevator, and a theater room with stadium seating!

I can't believe how little they are asking for that house, Elliott! I don't see how you could build a house with that much quality for that price, even if the land was completely free.

@@ElliottAlvis Definitely. I just happened to have gone to the house my client was renting for a while to set up his remote workplace. He took me on a tour of the area where he had planned to buy a house but this year happened. The empty lots were 700k and the houses were this price for probably less than 1/2 the house, let alone the garages.

A garage like that is my ultimate goal in life but even if I sold all of my cars I wouldn’t be able to pay the taxes on that place 😂

Funny hoovie is such a modest and down to earth guy while he already has a garage and a mansion that can house 10+cars.. and he probably has enough to buy the mansion he was viewing.
3M for that place actually sounds like a bargain. I mean, it's in Kansas so there's that, but if you can drop that cash on a house with a 10+ car garage you can make it work. You two did a nice job making it look classy!

Really liked the theater area and the massive garage. Under $3 million, so all I need to do is get the other 2,999,995.45 and I can move in. Think the HOA will allow my 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Limited? Original owner and only 120k miles. Nicely done Elliott!

Other than the garage, pool, and movie theatre, there’s nothing in that house that I’d want.
Even the current owners want nothing to do with the place. Owning a house like that is practically a full-time endeavor. And even if you love it; you walk outside and you're in Kansas.
People that own a house like that usually are only there a few months out of the year and have a full staff people who take care of things that break lawn and garden cleaning the house all that stuff and usually one person that oversees it all
@@200mphBrian yes, and not only is that expensive, but at some point you feel obligated to visit the place. Even if you don't like it anymore. And these people evidently haven't lived there for quite some time. And they're having all kinds of trouble selling it.
