Thor's stands out to me. The consistency of the pull, straight up, no banging it around or trying to leverage it up against himself. Also dude's like super lean in comparison to many of the others. That dude's just built different.. Not sure bout the hummer tires. They did use the platform to make it a normal height, but having all the weight that far out looks like they got a small advantage from getting more whip in the bar. Hard to tell. All are legends though no doubt.
@@TheRookieWarrior I did not say it's not heavy. I say If weights are the same, it's easier when the bar is higher with tires than it is when the bar is lower with weights. This should be obvious. Try lifting something off the ground vs lift something off the table. Tires are setup higher than weights, therefore easier to do.

If ur gym has a hyper extension thing for low back do 3x10 twice a week n that's how you get that body control. Keep doing it for a year to gain great results. Should be hitting 250 on the bench by then for the average male. Another year makes ur bench get up to about 315 and then one more about 405. Keep going it don't happen over night but do 3 sets of ten twice a week just body weight and you too can work you way up to a 1000pond bench press. Hope this helps n remember.. Never use weight n Never do more reps or sets and make sure to drink skim milk only and cheese because cheese has 3 proteins per slice Thanks -chax
Lifting like that can't be good for one's blood pressure I know a lot of people are blaming PEDs but the strain of heavy lifts like that and the compression of blood flow seems like a contributor to the heart failure.
@@DejanBogdanovic it’s a gym list. Simple as that. Everyone always said gym lifts don’t count and then all of a sudden it counts? I don’t think so. There’s multiple reasons why people always say that and those are legit reasons.
It was during COVID and Eddie hall 500 kg lift was an event specifically meant for the record. The people for the world record were there and made sure everything was up to standard
Magnusson is the only one that really counts as he lifted with no straps and set the bar back down in a controlled fashion. A deadlift isn't just about pulling the weight up, it's also about putting it back down controlled.
Just a wimp myself but the tire lifting seems a little fraudulent to me. The bar bending allows the athletes to gain height of the bar before the weight actually leaves the ground meaning the actual weight is not lifted as normal. Just saying.

I cringe inside knowing the risk they are taking. One man, lifting an insane amount like this, well the strain was so excessive, his rectum, and part of his large intestines came out in his pants or on the floor. This type of lifestyle must have a low death rate.
this is amazing. However, just looking at these monsters lift such excessive weights for which the human body is not so designed for...watching their entire bodies shake...their lower backs and knees crying out saying "no more "....the grimace and true struggle on their faces says it all. The amount of daily food consumption, steroids, PED's is evident...We all know what will happen to these guys as they age, and its not pretty...similar to pro body builders , as body builders are slowly passing away before they reach 30 years old.. Do ese power lifters take pee tests? This comment is only intended to bring to light the inevitable for these competitors...we will see how they are doing later in life after retiring from power lifting..assuming they live past 35.
I'm guessing these guys are in the 350-400 pound range. So they may be lifting about 3 times body weight. They are professional lifters and have trained many years. So what about an average guy - not a weight lifter or body builder or a professional athelete or even a high school or college athlete. How much could they lift. I am sure they could not do 3 times body weight. That would be maybe 400-600 pounds. I was a long distance runner just for exercise and sometimes ran in charity races just for fun. I did not spend any time in the gym or do any weight lifting. Then a place I worked had a gym and I started doing some weights and machines. After a few months I tried some maximum lifts just out of curiosity. At 5 8 and 143 pounds I got a 310 deadlift. So that was over twice my body weight but no where near the 3 times body weight of the guys in this video. I guess my legs were strong from running. I did not have upper body strength and could only bench press 155 at that time.
А можно нормально написать что это 453 килограмма и блины не делать пустыми внутри чтоб массивными казались. Сделайте нормально литую штангу из осмия и поднимайте..

I agree. The bar with tires is not the same as bar with weights. It looks easier.

What this guy's can do and the weights they can lift is absolutely impressive
@captainbiceps4903 Lifted 200kg on my shoulders when worked on a farm museum..
@captainbiceps4903 i can stay alive longer than you lol
Good video compilation. Appreciate ur work
To think that in the 1970s, it was considered that 500lbs was the maximum weight anyone could lift.
The Rekord of Dead lift have Tom Magee with 535 kg this make he 1983..
Can’t believe I lifted 1058LB deadlift and no one managed to film 🎥 me down on the seafront at Brighton last summer in the heatwave.
Ok
Magnusson is the real GOAT. No straps= different level!
5:08 is that Arnold Schwarzenegger!!
This is really an easy piece of cake work out, i do this 100 times a day every for the past 10 years with a fork lift.
That's an equipped lift. These are raw lifts.
Andy Bolton is amazing, He did those deads with no strap.
The guy after him too. What a meatball.
Wait until Anatoly shows up to clean the place with a mop 😅😂
Lol yeah I watch him to his a cheeky boy 😂

I marvel it’s not mechanical , the human body and brain is an amazing living thing!
Who it is,,a good lifter ❤❤❤1000lbs wow wow wow are you strong more, wow amazing man,,strongman,❤❤❤
they need to fix the bouncing of the bars....would the flex not add weight when it bounces like that?
It would make it easier in the first part of the lift to get it off the ground due to the bending bar
Can i clean here?
0:25 😮😮😮
1:40 dog's barking in the background 🤣
hummer tire lift, bar further off the ground and weight is spread further out
"I am cleaner! Can I clean here?"

Love it at 9m48sec instant spine relief. -----Kinda what I need.
Is the weight weighed behind the scene after the lift to establish what it actually weighs?
They will all pay a terrible price with sever lower back compressions.

Me :
The rod should never bend for high weights
The more it bends more it consumes energy which is not counted in the actual weight he pulls

Thor the only person who made all his liifts look so easy.
When even Arnold himself is there to root for you... you know it's an achievement of a lifetime !!!
More impressive than the strongest man is the bare handling that much of pressure
I have seen a person lifting a 1200 lb weight in a village in Uttarakhand, India and that too with ease.
