      Haha. I can't do weekly but I can try to get into the most exclusive places and bring everyone alone for the ride :)

    Great video! Production is spot on with cuts to your commentary and your respect for the culture/craft/food shows.
    But the best part is your advocacy for lean tuna... you're putting some respect on that akami ;-)

    • @haotang
      @haotang  6 месяцев назад +1

      Haha thanks so much! Akami is much more satisfying and I can actually more than a couple pieces (vs. O Toro).

    Great video! I know you aren’t a fan of Sukiyabashi Jiro, (and I know there’s a lot of hate posted online about Jiro) but having eaten there last summer, I can honestly say it’s the best sushi I’ve ever had. Jiro at 97 years old is still going strong!

      Thanks so much for viewing! Thanks for sharing and I am glad that you had a very positive experience there. That's awesome!! At the moment, Sushi Saito Tokyo and Sugita Tokyo are the top two Omakases on my list. But Jiro is indeed impressive, 97 and still going at it. Respect!

    Omasake is so intimidating. I have done plenty of Michelin star restaurants. But with sushi Im afraid I won't like half the dishes.
