Great video! Production is spot on with cuts to your commentary and your respect for the culture/craft/food shows. But the best part is your advocacy for lean tuna... you're putting some respect on that akami ;-)
Great video! I know you aren’t a fan of Sukiyabashi Jiro, (and I know there’s a lot of hate posted online about Jiro) but having eaten there last summer, I can honestly say it’s the best sushi I’ve ever had. Jiro at 97 years old is still going strong!
Thanks so much for viewing! Thanks for sharing and I am glad that you had a very positive experience there. That's awesome!! At the moment, Sushi Saito Tokyo and Sugita Tokyo are the top two Omakases on my list. But Jiro is indeed impressive, 97 and still going at it. Respect!
Your presentation is highly interesting to watch. Thank you very much and take care 😊
It`s nice to see that someone puts so much effort into one video
Appreciate the kind feedback!
Now THIS is quality. Keep this up, I'm sure you'll get flooded with subscribers soon. Best of luck!
Thanks so much for viewing!!
Loved this buddy! 🩶🍣
Thanks sir!!!
We need weekly restaurant experience vids HAO!
Haha. I can't do weekly but I can try to get into the most exclusive places and bring everyone alone for the ride :)
@@haotang Haha lets do monthly!
@@divine7223 Next one is indeed dropping in July :)

Haha thanks so much! Akami is much more satisfying and I can actually more than a couple pieces (vs. O Toro).
Love this video, Hao! And your love of uni... Can't wait to see the next one... (Katie Mitchell)
Thank you so much, Katie! It was also great to catch up with the FS Hong Kong team :)

Just dined here last week, one of the best.
Awesome!! Thanks for sharing!
Giving Bourdain a run for his money!
LOL RIP legend!
Omasake is so intimidating. I have done plenty of Michelin star restaurants. But with sushi Im afraid I won't like half the dishes.
Haha I completely understand and it definitely can be.
Fun video, BUT I lost it when you WASTED 2 slices of Futomaki -> you youngsters will never get it
you love uni, but you cant even identify or name the producers of the uni he was serving you..
