Hey, I know there are lots of Seaweeds but I want to know how was the smell when near the beach ? I'm afraid about it as i'm very sensible and I'll be staying in Ocean View suite Also, how hot are the jaccuzzis ? Are they actually HOT or the same temperature than the pools ? Can you access the pools from Impressions sides if staying on Moxche side ?
We just returned two days ago and found the resort to be fantastic. I would like to add to your comments by saying that there are a lot of fall hazards in the resort itself. Most of the floors in the resort are black marble and if you have any vision problems I would like to warn you that the steps are of various heights. I fell at the resort on the inside near the entrance (and no I was not drinking). I was shocked when no one came to my assistance. (There are cameras all over the entrance lobby and it was clearly a hard fall) I injured my knee (just a bad bone bruise). We liked most all the food and the drinks were good. The most valuable thing Secrets Moxche has going for it is the wonderful staff. These folks bend over backward to assist you in any way that they can. I would not book the club rooms because you really don't get much different than the other rooms. We had a great room that was a Jr. Suite Tropical view. We had a great view of the ocean! The resort opened in April of 2022 but there is still a musty smell in the rooms. Not bad but noticeable. We met a great pool concierge by the name of Enrique who went above and beyond. Mark my words this worker will go far. He is a new college grad who speaks 4 languages and is so personable. Make sure to look for him, he loves to talk about anything and everything. Also a big shout out to our concierge Karina. My husband mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary (51 years) and she made sure our room was decorated and had chocolate-covered strawberries delivered ( such a sweet girl). She greeted us every morning with a big smile and asked what she could do for us. Another top employee we wanted to mention. The check-in people were rather cold when we asked a few questions. I understand that the job is boring but I think they need to warm up a bit, after all, they are the first taste of the resort as you check-in. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.
Awsome video! :) How many nights did you stay? Would you mind sharing your cost for the stay? The reason I ask it's because I've been getting quotes over 1k/night, unfortunately nothing less...
How do you think Moxche compares to Atelier? We loved Moxche but are looking for something a bit more affordable for our next trip and Atelier seems to get good reviews but a lower price point.
Atelier is my current favorite! I have a $300 of a night sale, on the swim outs right now (depending on when you’re traveling). facebook.com/100063503323069/posts/pfbid02WKip77j8oZqfkuqyD1c1FPoKYrZEVUE5rvvCkoSMwTRXKHuRL3bSLnA29aQxpPZDl/?mibextid=cr9u03
Great Overview on this beautiful new resort, thanks for all the time you put in to make these videos.

I recently booked with Memories & Mojitos for our trip to Moxche. Highly recommend booking with this agency!
Going today! Can't wait!!
What is the outdoor, open air dining like at this resort? How many of the restaurants have an outdoor or open air option?
A few

4 Nights. Not sure about the total, less than that though. Your travel agent should be able to get a lower price than the website.
Hi! What was your favorite adult only resort in Cancun for food? We do not drink. And love the beach! Thank you
Atelier
