Wow thank you I never realize the transmission and transfer case went into the engine bay with breather vents, personally I ran the rear DEF and e. Locker lines parallel to the gas filler neck into the gas cap compartment with breather vent . That’s eliminated running the line all the way up into the engine bay. I’m learning a lot thank you for all of your ideas.
The 2 breathers under the hood you showed are for the front differential and the front diff actuator. The 2 breathers for the transfer case and transmission are mounted to the firewall above the bell housing. I ran all 6 lines up to the breather mounted on the driver side fender under the hood on mine, mainly because I just don't trust those crappy little stock breathers to always vent correctly. I found it easier to run them on the driver side myself, just don't have to worry about routing near the exhaust. I mounted the same breather you used to the driver side fender under the hood. I ended up gaining about 25 more horsepower with the red colored one, should help with the size of tires you're running lol...
I tried to find the 2 breathers for the transfer case and transmission on the firewall (above the bell housing) but couldn't see them. Can you view these from inside the engine compartment (under the hood) or what is the best way to see them? Thanks
well done. I have a breather kit for my 2010 fj I have been meaning to install. after I am going to install my snorkel. all the tutorials were really bad, dark videos, none-spefic to the point of being useless. two super tips, I have not seen anywhere else. 1. the breathers for the 2010 in the engine bay. seen those, never knew what they were. I will also skip the breathers upfront then. 2. extra slack on the hose to let the axel move. seems on the face of it obvious, but I could easily see overlooking that while installing it.
Good mod, curious why you decided to use carb style breather instead of using oem part. Also the 2014 is same on transfer case and transmission breather placement location
I used a carb/crankcase breather simply because it is fail proof, no moving parts. It doesn't have a check valve, so water could enter in extreme situations, but again, if water gets that high things are all over anyway. Thanks for watching!
You can buy a whole box of the plastic ones at most parts stores, they're actually sold as a kit for vacuum lines. I did try using a couple of brass fittings I already had and they corroded up pretty quickly being exposed under the vehicle/hood. Just be sure to use good quality fuel hose when you do this project, cheaper hose like for vacuum lines will dry rot and crack.The 2 breathers he showed under the hood are for the front differential and front diff actuator, the breathers for the transmission and transfer case are mounted to the firewall above the bell housing. All the other breathers are mounted to the body/frame, so they won't have any movement/stretching like the rear axle housing does.

When I did mine I put the breather into the gas cap door compartment. A little dish soap on the hose will help them slide on the "T" with ease.

It took me a bit longer to install due to second fuel tank obstructing access to rear axle where you were able to sit upright.

Where did you get the plastic Tee connector from? No auto parts store has them here in Canada lol
I found it at a parts store, it was in an assortment of vacuum tees. Maybe try Amazon.

With part numbers? No. But I think I described the parts fairly well. It's all stuff from your local hardware and auto parts store.
