2021 UPDATE: The Boeing 747 is no longer part of British Airways' fleet.
Hi
Can’t believe this got in my recommended
It's Good 👍
This is sad 😕😟😔
Do you know what plane they use now, in 2022 on the same route?
13:18 thumbs up for this guy =D
Every time a adventure/makes fun to film a trip report
+Sp3ll633 I bet he's American :)
Tricia C European!

"How do I do this mommy?" sounded kinda sweet
summer 1940 F Off, nobody wants people like you who say mean things about a personally reasonable comment should not be here. Go to your precious videos where people do stuff that you like
What's your problem?
summer 1940 wtf chill the f*ck out a little bit dumbass
@@idkwhattonamemychannelcrap6762 YOU SUN OF A BITCH! CHILL! HE'S INNOCENT!
Mummy GET THAT RIGHT FOR ONCE
Is it just me or did someone say "I'm free!" At 1:08
Unstarbi20 me to
That kid flailing his arms
I guess the kid is done flying for today. Lolz
13:21 has to be the most positive passenger I've ever seen in any of your videos!
Yeah everyone seemed happy in the flight
I just saw a British airways Concorde when the plane was landing in London
Ya, British Airways still stores their Concorde on the airfield even tho it is out of service
Stamedy tweet omg britishish airways is crap aer lingus are well better
VERY TRUE
Alex Callanan Untrue. On Short Haul Flights In Business you don't even get free drinks. In BA's business you get a Meal a And drink on Short Haul
Alex Callanan aer lingus sucks british airways is better overall
A318 is the smallest, not A319
Am I right?
Rohith Augustine a318 is so cute
Yes
Rohith Augustine yep
The A318 is technically not apart of the A32X family due to it having it's own type rating
Vincent Luo It's 'You're' not 'your' , first learn PROPER grammar second manners!
Great travel report, definitely one of your best that I have seen so far!
What a wonderful trip! Two flights, vienna, beautiful journey through Heathrow, boeing 747, then denver. Thanks for uploading!
and views of greenland too!
Thank you so much! :D Very glad you liked it! Yes, that view over Greenland was incredible!
Loved the express sight seeing views over London.
7:15 the pilot floated purposely and touched down perfectly on the touchdown zone. That's a dedicated pilot that you don't see everyday.
Denver is one of my favorite airport. I love kden!
you deserve 1 million sub and more
Thank you!
yeah i know
He deserves more then T-series and Pewdiepie.
Crazy how much denver airport had changed in nearly 8 years. So crowded these days. Love to see how much the channel has grown and improved since 2015!
hello my austrian travelmate. greatly edited report! thank you very much for sharing, coulndn't have done it better! really like how you show every detail from the beginning of your trip to the end. Well unfortunately the old cabin, but still at least you get to fly :) did you like lhr? it's a bit complicated to transfer from one Terminal to another, and this takes you long. Not my favorite :) thanks again and looking forward to your next one!
+Amandeuce Thank you very much! :D Glad to hear such kind words from the king of tripreports! I really like transferring at LHR. Yes, it is a huge airport and you'll need a lot of time, but it's always very clean, very modern and the signage is the best I've ever seen at an airport. I'd take LHR over FRA in a heartbeat! :D Next one is already done, it's going to be a flight with Virgin America.
I really loved this trip report, especially because I live in the Denver area!
Thank you very much! :D Very glad to hear that!
Why did you say it was cottage cheese when it was clotted cream
Hahahahaha, cutting tripreports at 1am in the morning isn't such a good idea...
Simply Aviation Haha. I went virgin Atlantic first on Friday the 14th and Saturday 22nd and they served afternoon tea and it wasn't cottage cheese lol
yeah lol
Im malaysian and i fly with british alot bcs mh doesnt really operates routes to us and europe except for London and during holidays we fly to Europe and us more for holidays via british and british has became my favourite airline
I live in Fort Collins just north of Denver and the airport is cool whenever I travel
really great documentation, wonderful shots out the window and I think you covered everything very thoroughly. Thanks for the airport coverage too. Loved it. : )
Thank you so much for your kind comment! :D Your welcome!
Love Denver International Airport. It’s my favourite airport ever, bar the long walk from the gate to Immigration.
Nice to see what one will be facing when travelling between terminal 3 and 5 on Heathrow.
Great! You'll enjoy it for sure and Heathrow is just an amazing Airport!
it's the spirit of travel! Simply Like!
+Jay's O'HareAviation Plane Spotting HD Thanks a lot Jay! :D

Very informative and well made flight report. Thank you for sharing.
+miguel perez Thank you very much for your kind words!^^
This is more entertainingly than anything on telly.
I love your trip reports. Always inspire me been watch your videos for a long time they are gradually improving. Keep doing a great job!
Ah remember going on this flight, this was very nostalgic
The little snack box is the same in buisness class but the containt is delicious
I heard a kid shout I'M FREE!
me too lol
Haha really?
Love your videos, I hope you come back to Denver, It's a pretty awesome place
She said: I'm flying, in Norwegian but it heard like :I'm free too
Tyler's Nicktoons Roblox And More Channel same
This brings back so many memories coincidental I went to colorado about 6 years ago from London and it was by far the best experience I had ever been on and what really gave me Deja vu was the chive pretzels I remember them like it were yesterday!
I have a special fondness for BA B744's since they were the flights I used on my first trip to the US in the summer of 2018. I had booked the "Hindu meal" for the trip and the lunch service they had served after departure from LHR was simply one of the best meals I have ever had, plus they had followed it up with a Magnum ice-cream. And to top it all of, I even had a chance to visit the flight deck after landing at Phoenix. I miss these B744's a lot 💔
And BNLY (City of Swansea) is back in the livery she was delivered in and is proudly on display at Dunsfold Aerodrome alongside a sister and G-BXDJ.
Amazing views out of this gorgeous 747! Keep it up! :D
Thank you so much! :D We will!^^
David Pauritsch and Felix Hofer, this video is great!!!!!
that 747-400 you flew on is now flying with a special landor livery
sad moment
OMG I LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS
Thanks so much for this video! Doing DEN-LHR-PRG then VIE-LHR-DEN in less than 3 weeks. It is nice to see what the plane has on it, especially since I've got a 3 year old.
+bitNine Your welcome! :) Enjoy your stay in Vienna!
Nice video, love British Airways, fly from Washington DC to Heathrow every two years on BA. The views over Iceland are fantastic!
+Wayne George
Great, the view is every time amazing. ;)
12:12 who has notice the parachutist fall from sky behind the mighty queen? 😂
That’s 744 reminds me of my flight LHR - SIN with BA, back in 2002 👍🏼
As I write this in 2023, this video is about 8 years old.
The problem is that 2015 doesnt seem that long ago to me, yet this video is filled with nostalgia - the B747 being chief among them. They've been gone from BA for 3 years already! The cabin was pretty dated even in 2015 but the IFE looks prehistoric with old and slow IFE; the newer refurbished cabins were actually quite good on BA, at least I liked them. Did this aircraft even get an updated cabin? I figured BA might have got 10 years out of the refurbishments, at least, if not for the pesky pandemic forever changing the airline industry landscape.
Oh, I do miss the Queen of the Skies no matter what livery she wore (I was fortunate to fly on a Lufthansa B747-8 just a couple of months ago - who knows if this will prove to be my last flight on the QOTS).
I'm far away but still love Heathrow.
Awesome report, BA's 747 looks old, but still good enough for at least 5 years more
It's because British airways livery is ugly as hell.
It makes any plane look old.
Especially their 777.
Delta and Emirates have the best livery
maxc_20 they are in the process of updating their cabins
Superb video, thanx a lot!
Your welcome! :D Thank you so much for watching and commenting! :D
Really enjoyed this video! Good job :D
Wait, I never said about me going to a trip to Denver lol. Also Simply Aviation It says your comment was removed as spam...
Oh, haha It's okay :D
Artopia&Vlogs My comment for him is not Lol
Nice video. I'm about to fly with BA, the opposite direction though. Glad to see what to expect from BA's B747. Thanks!
+dandaus Your welcome! :D Thank you very much for watching!
I think this video can be my guideline for me to fly a trip to Gibraltar via London since i am flying from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia even a bit different :)
+Paul Hofer Vielen Dank! :D Der nächste Flug ist zwar kurz, aber sehr sehenswert! :D
The new a320 cabin reminds me of the 2001 Concorde cabin :)
Really? Never been aboard a Concord... :D
:D
Awesome trip report! They are getting better and better! Well done :)
+Flyspotter19 Thank you very much! :D
I remember the buses at Heathrow. Great review!! 😀😀✈️✈️🇬🇧🇺🇸 Also, that IFE screen looks like the ones on SAS flights.
Amazing video
Oh yeiy, a stop tripreport
Worked at the Denver airport for 3 years watching this flight pull into and depart the A concourse daily. It was one of my favorite parts of the day watching these big BA birds pull up. Got to fly business class on this flight a few times to ! Thanks for the video. Also if you were wondering about the music being played on the bridge... It's been playing 24/7 since the airport opened because when the airport was being excavated there were Native American burial grounds uncovered there. The burial grounds were paved over however out of respect for the tribe the Native American "burial music" was promised to play continuously for the entire life of the airport.
+Super Hero Suprise Wow! Thanks for the information!
I enjoyed seeing your convoluted passage through Heathrow to get to your gate. We didn't get to see the legroom for an Economy seat - an important factor on such a long flight. I felt for those poor souls trapped in middle seats in the center of the plane. The food looked quite acceptable for Economy, and though the plane was an old one, it seemed to be in good condition.
Super Trip Report!
+Bobi`s Aviation Vielen Dank! :D
Nice video. The transfer at Heathrow looked like a whole journey in itself:))
+S787iFly Thank you! :D Yes, it was...but the signage is great, so that's no problem! :D
I like the fact you checked out your gate early, its the first thing I do when get to departures, then I can shop and eat safe in the knowledge I know how to get to the gate. Got to say, the IFE looks older than the aircraft and G-BNLY is 27 years old!
I fully agree with you, if you already know where the gate is you enjoy more the terminal! British recently upgraded their 747 fleet with new cabins so they don't have this old IFE anymore! :D
Glad to hear they have replaced the old IFE, looked terrible.
It’s a lot nicer than when I flew BA from Gatwick to Orlando I could feel the metal sticking through my seat
Ah Denver Colorado....my home! David and Felix if you do ever come out again, check out the Frontier Airlines housed at Concourse A. You literally cannot miss them as they are bright green and blue and carry animals on their tails.
7:06 lol look at the concorde just chillin there
wonderful video!
nice work brother ...👍👍👍👍
Sorry u couldn’t video take off bless , lovely view thou awesome u done well
Wow that airport is huge
Man I love the 747
Weigh too short, but absolutely fantastic! I absolutely love the audio quality and wish that there were many more, much longer videos with this quality of sound. Just the same, I really am glad I tuned in. I miss traveling.
Superb Video Bud. Your tripreports are all very well editing. Its always interesting to watch as you include a lot of detail in these. Keep up the hard work making these videos.
+scotrail82 Thank you very much for your kind words! :D
Omg the guy 9:08 with the tuba hat entering the bus. I saw him at Nice Airport on November 2018. Boarding a plane for the UK
Deb Sacco you still remember him?!?!?
@@olitesla5891 yea lol
Deb Sacco cool!
6:04 it is because in french we call it "la Manche" which means sleeve, hope it helps
I live in Colorado and I'm going to LHR in 12 days (Christmas day) And I'm flying on a boing 747. This video was the perfect match!
+1 u k e Vlogs What a coincident! Have a great and safe trip and thanks a lot for watching! :D
+AustrianA330 thanks for replying
Simply Aviation what is even more of a coincidence is that I say in the same exact seat as you. Left window 4 rows in from the last row
I've been from LHR to Denver as well in British airways
Great! Did you enjoyed it?
Simply Aviation yes! It was marvellous
Good Report! Thumbs up!
+NihselAviation Thanks a lot! :D
7:05 Hello Mr Concorde :D
Great vedeo..love uk and usa ..💖💖💖
I love ba. they are always friendly
Why is your channel sooo addictive?? 🤩🤩
I liked the chap waving at you.
The new interior is gorgeous and the view of Vienna after takeoff is just as spectacular!! I'm dying to get on a 744 in the near future too! As always, sensationally done:) Liked!!
+YMML SpottingTeam Thank you very much! :D
Sehr sehr geiler Tripreport! Schöne Eindrücke! :)
+FootAndFly Vielen Dank! :D
Clotted cream not cottage cheese 😂😂 Great video, hope you had a nice trip!
okay! :D
12:09 G-BNLY the one Repainted in the Landor livery!
How much time do u recommend for connections at LHR when ur switching terminals?
U are the best
Thank you very much! :D Very glad to hear that!
Your solution to the long US clearance? US Preclearance in Dublin and Shannon and maybe soon Cork :) Transatlantic is so unstressful from Ireland
excellent video sir, what camera did you use and did you keep the camara discreet when you were walking around?
Thank you so much! :D Check out this link for more information regarding our equipment! :D www.simply-aviation.com/equipment/
thanks for the vid simply aviation, was helpfull cause i heared heathrow was complicated, i heared brits can't cook but looking at the airline food...looks like it has been eaten by someone already.. seems like i have to bring my own picnic basket for the long flight to bangkok
Your welcome! :) Thank YOU very much for watching and for that kind comment! :) Hahahaha, airplane food normally looks like that... :D But trust me, it doesn't taste as bad as it looks!
That's nice. It took us 1:30 to go through JFK boarding customs and we wer coming from Montreal.
So, 2:10 for a very long flight, that's not long. We will try next time from Burlington.
+jolielef JFK seems to be awful for entering the US, I always try to use EWR when flying into NYC... Well, good luck in Burlington! :D
Clotted Cream
Not cottage cheese. Love your posts. Thx.
Had the exact same meal on my BA flight to Phoenix in August. It was fine but I must admit, one down side of being on a 747-400 is those damn screens! They're so frustrating! xD And I also had to wait for two hours at Phoenix to go through customs... It's like these US airports are not able to process a 747 load of people efficiently! Anyways nice video as always! :D
+Joe McNeil Thanks a lot! :D Yeah, you should really work on your American foreign-people-phobia and make customs a little easier and faster... :D
+AustrianA330 It always feels like I have done something wrong (even though I haven't) when I enter US customs xD
Hahahaha, that's so true! XD
+AustrianA330 :D
+AustrianA330 nothing but awesome.
Can someone please let me know what is that roll called as at 15:28 i’ve had it during my flight and really loved it. Searched everywhere for that but don’t know the exact name..
this is such a great video. you should fly to denver agian
Echt sehr cool. Liebe deine Videos :)
Danke, wir fühlen uns sehr geehrt!
Did a trip to NYC last year with BA, out on a 777, more comfortable seats and better ife. The old birds 747s are really showing their age now, especially in economy, they should have had interior refitted by now across the fleet.
+alan jackson Coincidently, they recently started to refurbish most of their 747s, especially in Economy Class :)
Simply Aviation Great news, hopefully it will be complete by September as I'm flying out to Vegas world traveller plus and returning club world. One presumes that the whole cabin will be upgraded.
Awesome
Thanks! :D
There was a Concorde in an apron just before you landed !!
Très bien! Merci.
+DuxDub Studios Thanks! :D
