Yeah, the nerf to her ult was huge. Luckily she's still good at taking out supports. It baffles me that she's so much better at killing than Sombra, but they both suck lol
But that's the best way to balance the game. If you don't believe me, just look at Brawl Minus. They balanced Brawl by making every character OP, and the result is the best Smash game the world has ever seen.

Maeve can double jump, right click to lunge, and press q to get that ability backagain to use it again. All that with the fact the can speed and jump boost herself a lot with F. Her Q ability heals her as well. You can make skillsets to make every simgle ability heal her, no joke, and you can reduce their cooldown. Why would the game pit that genji ditto in the game and say its fine????

It sure wasn't balanced when I quit playing this game a few months back (for this exact reason) and I'm pretty sure they couldn't have made drastic balance changes AND added so many new characters in all that time, on top of everything else they're doing. To me it seems like they just want to keep adding more instead of perfecting what they already have.
