Removing 3rd person was the final straw. Deleted it so fast my controller had a little smoke coming off of it.

actually the patch is not that bad , a lot of great addition and the P2W is just a mode now
P2W is not an option... if they add that the game's done
they did a mode in the game for those who wants to pay money. But Ranked and Casual stay the same .. I don't know where's the probem with that ...
The new P2W replaces Casual, the only non-p2w mode now is Ranked, and is still P2W that shouldn't be acceptable by any means, if you pay you can get all your cards to lvl 5 quickly and wreck any team by having 5 times better stats than others, how is that fair?

What's happening in ov64?
Basically its turning into giant mess.
1st off is the cards unbound: Which is a new mode which will drop chests instead of casual mode.
Basically what unbound mode is they changed card level to 1-10(10 is basically level 5 now) In order to level those cards you NEED A COPY OF THAT CARD. And how you get those copies you ask? From chests. Especially the funny thing is you can pay with gems in order to obtain KEYS which will GUARANTEE a card based on the key(Legendary key will guarantee legendary card)
Now how is that harmfull for the casuals? The problem is in order to level all cards you would have to grind endlessly or pay crap ton of money in order to have high level cards. And even bigger is that if you had lvl 5 cards, well now you dont because all players will start with set level on those cards(I think it was level 4?)
They tried to solve this by old casual having all cards being set to lvl 4(Which is old lvl 2 for cards) But that overall kills customization and kills some builds as well. Also old casual gamemode doesnt give out chests anymore(Only unbound does!)
The best things is whole paladins community screaming WE DONT WANT THIS SYSTEM HIREZ. And hirez answer was basically middle finger to everyone.
Honestly alpha couldnt find worser time to get sponsored. Because this is gonna stab him in the back reaaaly hard.

Instead of buying skill cards with essence you have all of them but need to level them up through randomized match rewards meaning other players can have straight up better characters and there is nothing you can do against it aside from hoping for good RNG.

Lol it's free, you can just download and play. And yes, it's really fun. Just be sure to pay attention to your loadout cards, they are something that you dont have in OW but are very important in Paladins. Also, good team comp. Make sure you have at least one tank/frontline and one healer/support cause unlike overwatch, you cant switch out characters mid game.
It's free so yeah.
