      For this project I did not. I was close to the bottom of the can and find it still works well without it. Just give your project more time to cure.

      I guess it would depend on the size. A little goes a long way.

    How does this compare to linseed oil?

      Cost wise linseed is better, but for longevity and durability Rubio is much better.

      Just to make sure it’s fully coated. Dry wood can absorb the first coat sometimes.
