Love the video, meat looks delicious, however not crazy about the Bread used. I think a better alternative would have been a nice crispy French Baguette. This would have taken it over the top. Thank you!
I made these the other day and the bread needed to be a little more crusty like a hard roll. Still amazing but a crusty hard roll next time so it stays together
