Te fallo tío ( la carne ahí no se debe de dorar , la carne se pone a hervir en agua y antes de ponerla a hervir mueles cebolla y ajos en poca agua está se la agregas a la olla donde esta la carne que pondrás a hervir ) y solo lleva elotes , papá picada en trozo grande o papas cambray , zanahoria y calabaza en 8 piezas cada calabaza...no dudo que no sepa bueno , y no lleva cúrcuma , ponle Knor suiza, y no lleva jitomate , solo los chiles ancho y guajillo molido con ajo y cebolla el chile guajillo se muele aparte y se cuela aparte .... Pero repito, no dudo que no sepa bueno como lo preparaste !!👍🏾🇲🇽
