Hey JMT, Once again a very informative video and expert skills. If I may be so bold as to offer a suggestion, I would say with your slip couplers, measure the length of the coupler then subtract half and make your mark on the pipe/tubing, that way there is no guessing. Your repair is "a beautiful thing!"
Yes, I’m a gloved wear too, because I’m a hvac technician we use are brain 🧠 as much bas we can . A plumber is use to shit roll down hill and they like to feel to confirm that true.
It’s strange watching different countries pipe fitting… in 36 years of pipe fitting in the UK I’ve never seen anyone use pipe dope on thread tape. I use it on string and hemp but I now mostly use Locktite 55 on everything.
should always wipe off the brush on the side of the rim of the container before you end up smearing a years worth of pipe dope on the fitting lol but great work regardless
That building is lucky to have you service their equipment. Class A job every time. It came out really nice. Thank you for the videos. Cheers mate
@steveweld5573 Thank you brother! Really appreciate that 🙏🤙🔧⚡️

Приветствую😎 отличная работа. Аккуратность на высшем уровне, качество на 100%. Прекрасное владение языком😉
И вот ещё, вроде датчик не устанавливается на PTFE ленту(нарушается электропроводность цепи), только на герметик.

@@anthonynguyen8031 Thank you! 🙏🔧⚡️🤙
Another beautiful thing 👌
Viega calls for minimum distance of 5/8 of an inch between fittings on 1 1/2" , just an FYI
Is that new flange copper or brass? It looks like steel which will eat away at that copper
That connection, with those bolts, is it suitable for a hot water heater? It looks like steel.
It is an OEM part from the manufacturer for this exact boiler 👍 So is the gasket. Thanks for watching 🤙🔧⚡️
@@JumpermanTech The rest is also great, Viega
@rutger1963 Facts. Those are my go fittings right there. Good quality press fittings. Don't want any issues💯
I pretty sure propress manufacture preferred 2” gap between each fittings it was I read , but u don’t know until to push to the limit 😂

Oh yeah, 👍 adapt, improvise and overcome. It’s always nice to do Plumbing on the floor and not up on a ladder. ✨🫡🌟

@Wolfhound. Haha yeah that was a lot of pipe dope 😂 Good tip. Thank you & thanks for watching! 🤙🔧⚡️
I would put never seize on the bolts
Good tip! Thanks for watching 🙏🤙🔧⚡️
you have enough dope on there to do 20 fittings lol " as my boss would say"
Yeah, that was excessive 😂 Thanks for watching! 🙏⚡️🤙🔧
What is the purpose of these boilers?
You have to have at least 5/8 between propress fittings.
What happened to chris today ??? To help you
@@1CHADIKINS Just me for this one. Christian was off as it was the weekend. Thanks for watching 🔧⚡️
@@JumpermanTech oh ok yeah love the content ❤
@1CHADIKINS Thank you very much! Glad you do 🙏🤙
I think that’s enough pipe dope 😂
Maybe just a little bit more for security 😂 Thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️
