Absolutely brilliant episode! As for the last point of the video, well said! The hierarchy is coming for us orthodox, especially those who are bold enough to speak out. I'm well aware there is a target on my own back!! Oh well, we must speak out and stand up because we answer to Christ not man. This is a spiritual battle! You're both spot on, the stay and fight desire is very quickly compromised to become stay and be quiet.

"Her Majesty the Queen's funeral was the greatest public witness we've seen since the resurrection." What an elegant observation! One of the most poignant examples of the Anglican tradition took place inside Westminster Hall when the choir sang David's Psalm 139. It was one of the most glorious things I've ever heard this side of Heaven.

It is very difficult for Anglican priests who are tied with housing and stipends, especially if they have a young family to support. I would like to think they could go to, or plant, a GAFCON church, but have no idea if GAFCON has the funds to support them? I also wonder how many of the laity are aware of what is going on? For years I had not paid much attention to what goes on in Synod.

Calvin, I DO think it will change - referring to what you were discussing at the end. I think that what will happen is that people will give up on C of E churches, because so many of them are meaningless. That is what has, sadly, happened for me; I could not have imagined it, but there was no choice. People will give up, and churches will collapse from lack of income from parishioners. The problem is that for people like me, in far west Wales, there are no Gafcon churches. But definitely I think this - the C of E will gradually collapse, and Gafcon will steadily prosper. One needs patience. You are amazing, we cheer you on. Keep on, it is balm to one's soul to hear nice straightforward truth!

I think it is quite simple: If you care what God thinks about you, you do not care what other people think about you. If you care what other people think about you, you do not care what God thinks about you. People.....actually caring what other people think, are just spineless. Early Christians had to face lions! Why should one care what people think? Personally I would rather be alone in the world, and true to God. That way one is never alone! Maybe because I am 70, and have been hit hard by trials in life; it gives you perspective. All the cancelling stuff seems unbelievably petty and trivial. To me, it is no different from: if you are with a naughty child, and they are saying they do not like you because you will not do what they want; well, what do you do? You certainly do not subject yourself to their ignorance. You rise above it, hopefully transforming their negativity into something better; but if they insist on it, you just rise above it. Seems to me a bit of the problem is people taking all this cancelling seriously. I know it can give people a hard time, but still...In the end it simply comes down to:it is more important in life to speak the truth than to be 'popular'. Who cares about popularity when it is worthless?

Im catholic but anglican seems to fit me more, its nice that others are on the same journey. I believe the churchs role is teaching healthy and wise lives with christ as the teaching method, it is the communities role to encourage marriage with birth, to prospor and grow, to make families the focus. And those unmarried or those whose kids have grown up to uplift new families and help them. Every new life should be a celebration of jesuss life. With this said a gay can be a member of the church if they agree to uplift the newborn and prosperity of the community, they should not be put upon a pedestal, no sinner should teach others to sin as a rule, but we embrace them none the less when they are pro life and community.

Calvin- Perhaps you misunderstand and rather caricaturise those nuns. You don't wear the mask to protect yourself. You wear it to lessen the chance of giving someone else something. And even if that is a 1 per cent chance, you might do that out of love. After all, wearing a mask is a small thing, for most of us. It's not even walking an extra metre, let alone a mile. It also opens the door to conversation with frightened people who don't want to catch respiratory illnesses- and that might not be on their own account, but on behalf of a sick loved one. It's too easy to judge motives.

Calvin needs to make a very careful study of all the verses he uses to condemn gays. If he did, he wouldn't be saying what he is saying. I'm very serious. One example Genesis 19 Sodom and Gomorrah. "All the men"..."Where are the men" There is not a single reason why Heb enowsh cannot be translated "All the people" "where are the people" . There is only one verse in the NT that says the sins of Sodom were sexual and that is Jude 7. The Greek is "Sarkos heteras" Sarkos= flesh and we get our word heterosexual from "heteras". There are many many more.
