You're definitely moving to London with glasses like those
I have the need for speed.
Thanks for the inspiration as always, Fergus! I ran a 1:37 half last week at 204 lbs bodyweight. Heaviest I've been but also the strongest in the gym.
REALLY LIKED THE USE OF THE INDICATOR IN THIS VIDEO 😂
Great video as always, it really sounded windy!
p.s.: Is your hat from Pax?
What's your all time PR on the Halfmarathon? Great video btw !
I prefer working solely in km as then I can use the maths of adding 1609m in multiples to distract me.
Glad I'm not the only one who does this! I told some of my running friends that I convert kms to miles in my head to distract myself while running, and they looked at me like I was mad.
@@N4ra_ Same!
Huh, I assumed I was the only one.
Running maths should be a whole separate syllabus.
@@ferguscrawley95 also fun is kilos to pounds (fairly easy) and pounds to kilos (more challenging) 😄
You are inspired me sir
Great to hear - what are you training for?
@@ferguscrawley95 sir I run every day 5k sir
Had massive winds the other day when I went for a run and my god it felt like running with a parachute attached 😂
It’s not the one is it 😂
🏃🏃🏃

Maaaate that wind is awful hahaha. Smashed it nonetheless - take that, Aeolus, you bastard!
(Not gonna lie I did google 'wind god')
It sure was! Hahaha class - washed down with the spirit of Dionysus that evening 🍷
@@ferguscrawley95 There's electrolytes in wine... Right?
Beginner runner watch recommendation?
Garmin Forerunner 55.
coros pace 2 or 3
Garmin forerunner 165 , 55 - something like that should work just fine.
I use garmin forerunner 55. Works perfectly. Has everything you’ll need
Thanks all for the replies 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sir really like your content - it would be great to get an idea about body composition instead of just weight - the idea of ‘race weight” is a bit a tough topic - widening the info might help that… just a thought - no pressure
You're absolutely right, I thought when I clicked on this video that 93kgs is quite a lot, especially for someone training for a sub 3hr marathon, but he's pure muscle, so it's not exactly "bad" weight.
Body composition is also a tough topic - I’m entirely performance focused, which means that body composition goals are merely by-products of manipulating weight/BF% for specific goals.
What info would you suggest widening?
@@ferguscrawley95 nice parry sir. It’s true the whole topic is fraught gotta hand it to you there. But let me parry you a little and I am not trying troll you or whatever and feel free to ignore this 2 penny thoughts. Why put the weight at all without the other details. Ie what was your goal to include it ? What tale were you telling ? I like the performance focus answer to bf manipulation etc I get it. I don’t truly have the complete answer it just seemed like only part of the story. But in the end it’s your story to tell and you go ahead and tell it - I’m looking forward to following it.
From a non euro what's the deal with Magaluf lmao
