  • IRONMAN 70.3 TRAINING - WEEK OF TRAINING VLOG
    This is a full week of training as I build into the first triathlon of my season. I've been focusing on getting in volume and quality for each of the disciplines. In this phase of my training I'm 5 weeks out from the event and putting in hard days to build as much fitness as possible. Here is how the week was structured:
    Monday: Swim 50m, bike 1h 15m
    Tuesday: Swim 1h, Run 40m
    Wednesday: Bike 1h15m
    Thursday: Swim 1h15m, run 1h
    Friday: OFF
    Saturday: Bike 2h
    Sunday: Run 1h30m (missed)
    Total planned: 10h30m
