Background: I started working as a hibachi chef when I was 16 at my dads restaurant here in Athens, Ga. Since then I have worked in a handful of different restaurants, cooking hibachi, mastering sushi, and even making pizza!

620ml water
10g sugar
5g yeast
60ml olive oil
20g salt
1100g bread flour
SAUCE
28oz can whole peeled tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
5 small leaves basil
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp oregano

@@cookingwithkyo5744 I love how down to earth you are in these videos. Like you don't use a matching lid and you re-use bowls. Most the other cooking youtubers make sure they use 30 spoons/cups to measure out each ingredient.

Can you freeze the dough?
I agree about preferring less meat, especially no pepperoni in a calzone. Makes it too greasy for my tastes. Once I did an Italian sausage and broccoli rabe calzone which was amazing.
