- This chunky knit blanket is ideal for a pram or stroller blanket, or a tummy time mat. It whips up super quickly for those who are a little impatient like me! :)
It makes a lovely handmade gift for a new friend's baby. This blanket measures approximately 20x24 ins (around 50x60cm).

This is my first time trying hand crochet. I love it. But I am getting holes. I’ll probably pull it and redo but what’s the best way to not get them. Try try to keep them all uniform? Wasn’t sure if you have any tips or secrets
Hey Erin! That’s so common to have holes, I find that if you pull the stitches up and leave them up each time you pull them through, rather than pulling them out and down, helps. Just keep them smaller basically 😉

As long as you secure the ends they are fine 😊
How many loops did you start with and how many rows did you do?
Hi Lynn I usually start with 11 loops and as many rows until the yarn runs out! Hope that helps 😊
