I use those Seed of Change. I use all six packs of them. I season them real good, also adding in different veggies with them. That's usually my lunch for the week, and I have extra over and eat it for dinner. I eat fruit a lot. I haven't had meat in two months. I've replaced meat with beans instead for my protein. I'm down about 8lbs. I was at 269.8 . Of course I drink a lot of water.

Hi, Natalie. I'm a coffee drinker too. If you ever drink your coffee hot, try adding the Vital Proteins to your hot coffee and stir. There is also flavored Vital Proteins collagen such as a vanilla and chocolate flavor. If you drink iced teas, you may want to try adding the lemon flavored collagen to hot steeping tea, stir, and then refrigerate. These are just some ideas since you are using Vital Proteins. I have been using this brand for about 4 years. I highly recommend keeping up with it. Nice video!
Hydration is very imortant, you are right. I'm middle eastern, and love our tea (more than coffee), but I got some mountain greek herbal tea (from the Greek store, the same they drink in the Blue Zones) and it is do delicious (you can add honey to it when it cools down) I even playing with different meals and recipe ideas. For example: Oatmeal is good but not filling. I've been cooking with chicken broth, adding shredded chicken to it along with onion and garlic powder and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. I make that my lunch or dinner. Also making parfaits with greek yogurt and add fruits and some granola or crush one oreo cookie on top of it, and that's my snack for the day. Also, using my Airfryer to roast brussel sprouts and asparagus with onion and garlic powder , salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese... nice addition to fish/steak/chicken meals.
This is so simple I could cry. The videos I've been watching has been SO OVERWHELMING! I feel like I will fail before even starting. And I'm a bit of a picky eater which makes it so hard when trying find different things to eat. A lot of those recipes have ingredients that takes further research which I don't have time for. But this video is perfect. I've heard and seen everything before with my own eyes. I don't feel overwhelmed and everything you mentioned I literally have at home. Phew! God is so good. So so good.

I love the breakfast sandwich, I have had the Ezekiel brand english muffin, very good too... I make a protein shake almost every morning (sometimes eggs) .. I add protein powder, collagen powder too and fresh kale and some frozen berries ..very filling and nutritious... the kale and berries also good for glowing skin

I just watched your other video last night and I immediately bought a food scale and a watch so that I can track my heart rate to be in the fat loss zone. Today when exercising I made sure to not go above that fat burning range.❤ Can you do a video showing how you use the food scale and input to your app? Thank you!
Since watching your last video (which was my first time seeing you). I've been so inspired. I'm on lose it app and walking on treadmil or outside staying in my fat burn zone. I don't even want to eat in a destructive way. I feel the ease!
I would love to hear more about your eating times (4 times in 5 hours?) and eating window and how you came to that schedule. Did you start that all at once or gradually narrow down the window? Is there a reason you stop so early in the day? If you are outside the home during the day, do you prep in advance and take food with you? Thank you for sharing what is working for you!
I actually did it all at once. I wake up really early so I'm breaking my fast around 6. I did slowly work my way up to that fasting time frame. I started at 16 hours and worked up to 19 - 20 hours. I stop at 11 am so that the last 3 hours I'm sleeping, I'm in my last 3 hours of my fast so I'm burning pure fat and it's no effort because I'm knocked out. Lol! I do meal prep and bring my dinner and snack with me to work. Hope this helps!

As my body has changed the things that used to work don’t any longer. I was intermittent fasting but now at 60 that’s not helping with the weight. So I switched to a plant based eating plan and that has been a game changer. I just needed to get out of my head about limiting processed foods and animal based proteins (including dairy which causes me bloat). The bottom line you have to find what works for you.

The almond milk is from Sam’s Club. If you have one in your area…highly recommend. It’s so creamy and thick. And I normally use Silk’s Cream but in this video it was International Delight Sweet Cream. ☕️❤️

I like the collagen in my hot coffee because I feel like it dissolves better than in cold liquids
I've used it in my hot coffee as well. Since I use a blender it doesn't clump at all.

What do you put in your coffee? What is the liquid you put in your smoothie?
For the coffee, I use 2oz of Almond milk and 30ML of creamer. For the smoothie, 6 oz of almond milk

Thank you for sharing!!! I cook my rice and/or quinoa in my crockpot on low. I can't eat brown rice, so I cook jasmine rice, with one of Tabitha Brown's seasonings, no butter, then eat one-half of a serving. Works well for me!

As my body has changed the things that used to work don’t any longer. I was intermittent fasting but now at 60 that’s not helping with the weight. So I switched to a plant based eating plan and that has been a game changer. I just needed to get out of my head about limiting processed foods and animal based proteins (including dairy which causes me bloat). The bottom line you have to find what works for you.

The almond milk is from Sam’s Club. If you have one in your area…highly recommend. It’s so creamy and thick. And I normally use Silk’s Cream but in this video it was International Delight Sweet Cream. ☕️❤️
