Has been proven 6000 is enough . Just regularly aka daily ( nearly daily)get in about
Certainly 4700 ish preferably 6400 - 6800 and IDEALLY over 9000 Steps but you will lose weight with around 6400 Steps at least 5 days a week + doing some intenser ( weighted) cardio + cutting all alcohol and everything with more than 8 to 10 gram sugar any sugar also nut bar with dried nuts can still be a calorie bomb and indeed having a lot of cheese or huge protein shakes can be calorie bombs... DoNT CUT OLIVE OIL its freaking healthy!
DONT CUT on dairy by going " light" & " skimmed" All the time . Get SKYR with fiberrich food / fruits plum PEAR Apple...
STOP pairing being in front of tv with food!! Its just a gateway to earlier death... seriously you ll eat faster , have bigger portions and have no idea wether you are " full enough"...
      DONT HAVE GRANOLA !
eat bread WHOLEGRAIN BREAD no toast no crackers no biscuits ... no shakes with oats... BREAD HAS FIBER and good stuff just eat it!!
QUINOA is a good idea too!
      DO buy a treadmill
The whole thing of fat burning only after certain time is incorrect ... I dropped sizes with 20 ish min. Tabata 2 to 3x weekly + step machines 3x 24 min. Weekly
Some workouts were interval cardio with core exercises some were weighted butt thigh routines with only 3 kgs dumbells from 16 min. To 35 min.
      >> Put all the snacks you ve got in a tiny box in the furthest cupboard on the highest shelf you have!
      >> put *Motivating texts* on your fridge so you pick cucumber and fruit over " bad choices"
You MUST have been very lucky to have NO side effects of fasting...

Hello. I loss 35 lbs in 3 months eating farm to table, so in other words I eat all food groups including bread (carbs) but wheat instead of white and also healthy fats...olive oil...pure butter etc. I also exercise 4 to 5 times a week and drink plenty of water. This is really a lifestyle of living for me. I do have my cheat days where I would eat something fried...a soda every now and again. So eating like I eat there's really no temptation or wishing I can eat something that I can't have because I pretty much have it all....portion control and high protein has a lot to do with a successful journey.

Thank you for this video. I'm 26 with PCOS and the heaviest I've ever been is this year at 352lbs. I used to be fairly athletic so it was depressing to realize how much weight I put on since the pandemic. Since my bday in March, I've dropped about 10lbs just intermittent fasting, standing for part of the day and trying to hit my 5k steps goal daily (I've decided to go slow and build up bc disappointment in my abilities is discouraging so I'm focusing on what I CAN do). This month, I'm revving up by increasing the goal to 10k steps and intermittent fasting for most of the week instead of a day or two. I've also started to get very plant-based protein heavy in my diet (bc you can eat a LOT more vegetables than you can anything else). Also, manage your stress for the ladies with hormone issues. I have had a high stress job for YEARS and that made me pack on pounds both with my hormones and emotional eating. I didn't start seeing weight loss until I eliminated work stress, joined a church and started to have daily gratitude moments.

So simple, but I’ve been doing 10K steps (5 miles) a day and I’m closer to the same starting weight as you and I’m down 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I’ve been eating 1800 calories per day too (not eating back the calories burned) and I am trimming down so fast.

Don’t do keto, but always work to increase protein proportion each day! Also work to reduce sugar content each day. I do strength training workouts at least 3 times a week & do have an active job, so steps have never been a problem. Yep thats the cheat code. I lost 80 pounds doing this back in 2020. Gained about 40 back within the last 6 months due to severe injuries and a daily pity party. Mindset is the most important aspect of this thing. Ive been back at it for 2 weeks and its working well. By the time my wedding anniversary arrives on 6/1... I'll be wearing my freakum dress!! ⏳️.Your video was very inspiring and helped to reinforce what I already knew. Btw fasting is doing so much more for your body than weight-loss. I paused this video to download and set up the Lose it app. The one thing said in this video that brought tears to my eyes was when you said you know how it is when people treat you differently because of your weight and how you look. 👀 I didn’t realize how shallow the people in my circle were until I got caught up in this weight spiral. I didn’t realize the jealousy of the people around me until I saw how they rejoiced in my pain. Cause it IS painful. The worst part was that it wasn’t like I was a mean girl. I am sweet and funny and nurturing. In a way I’m glad to know this part of people. I’m going to get back healthy for me. Not because I want to impress anyone. But because I want to impress me. I’m gonna keep it real, I guarantee the reason no one “told you you were fat” is because of your waist to hip ratio!! Nobody talks about this. The minute anybody sees a waist ratio of .6-.8, they instantly categorize that person as “curvy” rather than “fat”. That means even if somebody weighs 300lb and has a .6 waist ratio, and another person weighs 130lb with a .9 waist ratio, they will be more inclined to call the person who weighs less “fat” and the 300lb person “curvy” or “slim thick”. In other words, if you have an hourglass body, don’t count on anybody explicitly calling you fat especially to your face. They’ll more likely think/say you’re just “blessed” with a “figure”. The reality is every kind of body can be higher fat content than lean muscle, but regardless of shape, should be considered blessed because our bodies are resilient, adaptive, and compute billions of molecular machinations by the second to keep us alive without even thinking about it. Frankly, I’m tired of the cookie cutter shit.
Btw, this is no shade to you as a creator, I’m just fed up w society 😭

This because I'm hourglass and the hubby is like please don't lose weight I LOVE the extra curves and I'm like SIR I can't handle the extra meat on these tiny bones I am 5'1. Any extra weight on my short body is just too much. I don't want to be a little teapot, short and stout...no ma'am. Lol

Oh my goodness, this is one of the most motivating, informative videos i have seen. I'm literally weighing my foods/calorie deficit hitting the gym hard..weight lifting and yes just like you're saying bulking, very little to no weight loss...very discouraging -89 days in and 12lbs down, very slow progress! I am so thankful I ran across this video, you are a true GEM! ❤ I will definitely be switching up my workout regimen, thanks a bunch!

Thank you so much for sharing I just started walking this month and it's such a stress reliever. I need to dial in my calories so I just ordered meal prep containers and will start doing that this weekend ❤ it's crazy how the simplest things make the biggest impact. For the mat pilates please share any recs. Thank you!

You are so welcome! I realized keeping it simple with almost everything really truly works. For pilates, I literally do an old mat pilates work out by Mari Windsor. The video is blurry and everything but I love it! LOL!! However, any beginner mat pilates will do. The original sequence is my favorite. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching!

This motivated me to keep going. Today I had a co worker take a picture of me and send it to a group chat to the entire staff. It was a horrible pic and showed all my fat which I’ve been working hard to lose. I’ve only lost 10lbs and I was excited but that picture made me cry with embarrassment all day after work. I got recommended this video and man I am so happy. It gave me the motivation to keep going.

I am so glad that I found this video. I have never related to a weight loss video so much. From not knowing I was fat... to over eating on the diet(heavy on the cheese)... the knees and shins being destroyed from running. I am definitely trying everything you mentioned. WALKING tho!?!🤯
