Natalie, I’m having trouble losing the weight. I feel hopeless.

I’m still doing Windsor Pilates. Have been since 2011. Just ordered the Mari Windsor slimming Pilates kit with the bar off Amazon. I can never find them anymore. I have one but wanted an extra for years to come just in case the cord breaks. I use the Mari Windsor circle as well. Gets my stomach flat. I still love billy blanks abs. The firm workouts will get you snatched also.

Why only 4?

Genetics definitely plays a role in loose skin/stretch marks. My bff was always skinny and I’ve always been medium athletically built, she has 4 kids and always went right back down to pre baby weight, but her 1st baby murdered her stomach, after 3 kids I’m still stretch mark free🤷🏽‍♀️
