The core of the pineapple has the most nutrients. ❤
I have a 1970s model Champion juicer, it’s amazing. You couldn’t break it if you tried. Got it off eBay 👍
ahhh, so do I !!!!
Camirra I watched your video and started drinking this juice 3 1/2 weeks ago and it has changed my life! I feel like a young person LOL. I don't have any health issues but I still always felt bloated and uncomfortable. Not anymore! You are an Angel heaven sent! I have told everyone I know about your channel. There are at least 10 people from my company not only drinking your juice I told them to subscribe to your channel as there is so much more you offer. The gut health salad and the flu soup. So hopefully your subscriptions are growing more and more everyday! Thank you, you have changed my life and I am sooooooo grateful to you!
I'm soooo glad you love it!! I'm telling you these juices give you a vitamin and nutrient kick! I love that salad and the flue soup so much. super cleansing and yummy. thanks for telling others im so happy about that! 😃
@@CamirrasKitchen❤
Did you drink it every night for that period of time?
@@CamirrasKitchenI literally just found your channel today. I swear you tube is reading my mind! I have everything but the pineapple. Making this when I get pineapple. My question is (hopefully you can see and answer this, how long does the quantity that you made last if you have 8oz at a time. Looked like roughly 16oz. Asking because I’m wondering if I should double or triple the recipe. Might still use 1-2 pineapples if I triple because might be too much sugar for me ( I know it’s natural, but have to watch my blood sugar)
I don’t think you need to invest in a juicer personally. I “juice” my fruits and veggies using my blender and then I just strain until smooth. The juicer is only good for juicing, your blender is a one stop shop. Less money and less space taking up storing it.
this is what im thinking. i mean if i plan to juice daily i could see it. but im more like a once a week juicer
@@CamirrasKitchen same here! When I just, it lasts a week. So I don’t mind blending it
💯🔥
I totally agree with you @Your_Favorite_Season. I have been blending and add more filtered water when I want it a little more juice like.
❤❤❤you also can save the pineapple skin after washed and boil to make pineapple tea. Etc.. Helps with inflammation. Has health properties
Great video! I purchased a black and decker juicer from Walmart about 7 yrs ago. It sill works and it cost me less than $30. You don't have to break the bank for a great product.
I know you don't want to spend the money but I have the NAMA J2 juicer yes it's $500 but worth every penny and then some. You can batch juice you don't even need to cut up some of the fruits and veggies. It's a cold press so no heat is used to extract the juice and it's very easy to clean.
ill look into it!!
So true!!! I purchased mine last year and it is a game changer. Nama does not disappoint. 😊
It's true. Best juicer ever. I love mine. An investment in your health is truly a worthy investment.
Yes the Nama and Kuvings has a batch juicer too!! Both have like a 15 year warranty so you will never buy another juicer!!
Just started using mine last week and I absolutely love it.
The Juice looks amazing and the color 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
THANKS FOR THE HELPFUL VIDEO AND HAPPY NEW YEAR ❤❣️
I have a Nama J2 juicer, and I love it! It's easy to use and clean. My only regret is not buying it sooner.
If you go on raw Kristina...she has 50$ off on Nama juicer
I have the Nama C2 and I am where this has been all of my life. I am OBSESSED!!!!!
I love my Nama!! I have the juicer and blender. So worth it.
@@jhsa222 Worth every single penny!
CAMIRRA KEEP THE VIDEOS COMING, SO THANKFUL! GOD BLESS U N UR FAMILY BIZ!
🙏🏽❤💒
Yes mam that green tea is the gospel to weight loss.
Juice looks delicious n gna have to try it sometime soon.🥰Ty for sharing.💕Enjoyed it subscribed
Thanks for sharing Sis.
Love your energy! Thanks so much for the recipe. All my juice recipes give me too much energy in the evening.
Invest in a juicer it will make a difference, love your recipes
Thank you for sharing this
Thank you for the info
The seeds in that Myer lemon were outstanding!
I love your videos . I bought a inexpensive Nutribullet 2 at Target for 80 dollars. It’s really easy to clean . I love it.
Thank you for the tips
Thanks so much for this recipe and video! New subscriber here. 😊 I got my juicer in 2021 because I knew that juicing was going to be something I committed to. It’s a lot of work, which is why buying juices can also be expensive. I’m now at the place where I’m going to make mostly everything I consume in my own kitchen. My health has been increasing because now, I get to control how much sugar, how much salt, how much everything goes in my food and beverages. It’s crazy to me just how much sugar is in EVERYTHING we buy from the stores. I would say, if juicing is something you’re committed to continuing, then it might be a great investment. It saves on time and of course you can still compost the pulp, or even use it for other things (my next project is to use the veggie pulp as a soup base!). Looking forward to binging more of your videos! Thanks again and God bless!
I HAVE TWO KUVINGS JUICERS. BOTH ARE EASY TO CLEAN AND I LOVE THEM. I'M DEF GOING TO TRY THIS RECIPE!! THANK YOU
Enjoyed!!
Great mix. I will have to try it. I had been using a blender and just making healthy smoothies to drink but last year I bought a juicer and I love it. I really have to be in the mood to clean it right away when I use it.
Yes best way to go. Many different kinds you can select from
This drink looks SO good!!❤
Amazing Recipe
I like the Omega juicer. It's heavy and does require some cleaning but it also retains lots of nutrients by masticating the produce. Gentle juicer. 😊
I love your cutting board!
Thank you! 😊
Good video. Informative. Thanks!😊
Glad it was helpful!
Great recipe 👌🏾, this will detox and vitamins and nutrients are the bonus 😊
This looks real good ❤
Love it. I'll be doing this today.
I froze the ingredients and made a smoothie. It was so refreshing and cool. Thank u❤
Nice one
Thank you very much I shall try it bless you
Hi miss camrria this episode was well received and very healthy with a touch of Caribbean beautifully done episode to start off the new year ❤
I'm going to try this recipe, I love ginger.
Love this recipe! Adding ACV and chia seeds is genius. They as some great quality cold pressed juicers on amazons in the $120-180 range
Trying this will give you credit
Just made mine and I love it! Didn't add any sugar and it still tastes great!!
Your skin is radiant✨️ Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Thank you so much
Looks delicious and healthy...😋😋
I've looked at juicers but I prefer your idea of the nut bag. I have a vitamix blender and it does a great job at breaking down whatever I'm blending. Since this was a big investment for me I'm not keen on spending too much coin on another appliance. I love ginger and I use it all the time when I make tea.
Same!! Will try this
I still agree with you. My husband had a Vitamix when I married him and my goodness it does not play, I also have the bags that she has. I’ve had them for a while but I did invest in the blender because sometimes I just like to juice it and forget it. Yes I agree with your comment. I’m not too keen on spending access money either good comment.
May give this a try
Hello new subscriber here 👋 and I am ready to try your healthy juice 👍
I have the Cirago juicer from Amazon. It was about $80 and I love it. Super easy to clean too. I’ve had it since long down and it’s still working wonderfully.
First of all, I love tea. So I'm definitely gonna be doing this recipe since i need something like a detox to motivate me to exercise again.
Thank you so much Camirra 💓 😊 and your skin looks so radiant and beautiful.
Hope you like it! and yes it does! thanks love!
I am enjoying my Nama 2 juicer. It is expensive but worth it. It uses all the fruit and makes a lot of juice.
A juicer is very much worth investing in. I just started juicing and I'm feeling better already. Been looking for a recipe mainly for inflammation. But I'm definitely trying this
Great video! I'm going to try that recipe tonight. By the way, I have an Omega Juicer Model: VSJ843QS 43 RPM Vertical Square Low-Speed Juicer. I've had it for 2 years now and it has worked great for me. Very easy to clean. I think they're going for about $399 right now. It even chews up those carrots, still have to cut them small though. They also come with a 10 year warranty. Happy Juicing!
I have an Omega Vrt... love it
Thank you 😊
New subbie here.... loving your videos! Definitely trying this juice.
Hope you enjoy!
I love my Jack Lalanne juicer! Also, have 900W Nutri Bullet. Love them both.
Put that pineapple top in soil ..thats it will grow👍
Heyyy👋🏾 new subscriber! I just found your channel looking for juice recipes. I just bought an Aeitto Masticating Juicer from Amazon and so far I’m loving it. I didn’t want to spend a lot just in case I didn’t like the process/outcome. It only cost me $99 as it is on sale now. I figured at that price, it would be worth trying.
I love that you show that you've washed your fruits & veggies. And your juice looks clean and delicious. Save up and treat yourself to the Nama J2 Juicer. It's worth every penny! All juicers are hard to clean. And you will still need a nut milk bag to thin out the pulp. I love your presentation girl!!!!🥰
Thanks, my friend. God bless you keep going on
Thanks, you too!
Thanks, you too!
@Camirra's Kitchen look on temp the juicers start at $38 and one from Walmart that's $68
Hey this looks amazing. I use a blender and then I use my JUV press to press the juice.
I highly recommend the Nama C2 blender/juicer in one!!!! Worth EVERY PENNY.
Juicer is a must and nothing under $100
Hi Camirra thanks for the weight loss information can you do low fat dishes
Chef Camirra 👩🏾🍳, my kind of stuff looks so inviting and delicious 😋👌 Nice one. Enjoy a happy and blessed stress free peaceful weekend with your family and a lovely week ahead 😊 God bless you all in abundance . Amen 🙏🏽👸🏽😘✨✨👑✨✨🥰💐💛💐🧡
Great video! I’m new to juicing but love my juicer! I’ve done a video on it- it’s the Orfeld Masticating Juicer. My husband got it for me laaaast Christmas at a good sale price of about $59 I think- now it’s on Amazon for around $99. It’s worth it. I’m just now using it- so upset with myself but I absolutely love it! 🙌🏽
I love our juicer. We have a Kuvings. It was worth the investment.
Yes it’s worth it to get a juicer. I have an Amchef which I got from Amazon. It’s easy to clean and juiced very well. The pulp comes out dry.
This drink is amazing, tastes so good. It has become a regular part of cleaning my gut. Thanks so much!
How many glasses do you get out of the batch please x
I believe this is very important 😊💜💯❤️ thank you so much 💖😉🎁👑🥳🥂 I will try!! So natural that's what I 💕 love!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😗😗😗😗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️!! God bless you for sharing!!
I've never been big enough on juicing to buy one. I love eating fruits & veggies moreso than drinking them. That loks good tho. So far I have lost 14 lbs and went down a size by waalking. Thanks!
walking is so good for you!!
I clean and peel my carrots and the dice them in the food processor. It makes it easier for the blender to process the carrots.
I used my ninja blender. But I didn't strain it because I wanted to keep all of the fiber. When I'm ready for the drink, I shake it up in the pitcher and pour some into an individual ninja cup. Then I add frozen banana and some ice cubes and blend it for a tropical drink. 😋
I have a Hamilton Beach Juicer I got from Target for approx $40 and it works perfect!
Got a cold press juicer from aldi for $35 love it. Pineapples do require you to clean after a few passes and blueberries and raspberries didn't juice but everything juiced just fine that I tried
I love your recipes. A juicer is definitely worth having. I have a Jack La Lane Power Pro. I've had it for almost 20 yrs. 😂 Can't imagine being without a juicer.
I have a juicer and love it.
I remember when you used to cook meals with 2 starches now you are making healthier foods/drinks! I'm so proud of you!
A bit shady and condescending, while I can hear the attempt at real pride this was a back handed compliment at best. You could’ve just said “I love that your channel is a food journey and I’m excited to go along with you”
@LocdnessMomster I'm actually a long-time subscriber, so it wasn't shade. Don't project your insecurities on to others. It makes you appear mentally unwell.
I use a Nutribullet then I just use my strainer and a measuring cup to make it in a juice for my kids but I drink mine as a smoothie
Yes, I bought my friend the Conoly Juicer off Amazon. There’s a sale on it. Affordable and gets the job done. ❤️
I must say this actually worked. I tweaked it a little but it def works been in the bathroom all day !!! I drink in the morning and at night after my workout I can’t stay out there bathroom. Most def recommend
I used a blender for a while. I used the shine juicer ($180) and didn't really like that I could only juice for about 10 mins. The NUTRIBULLET is what I use now and I can juice long enough to get about a gallon juiced at a time. I do use a strainer to separate out extra pulp.
My strongest recommendation get a Breville juicer varies price range. I've had one for about 10 years strong.
I have an omega and yes it was $400 but I’ve been using it for over 15. Years and it’s still going strong. So easy to clean as well.
When you say 'clean you out", does that mean inflammation; if you can break it down I would appreciate it. Thank you....I'll be trying this soon. I happen to have a juicer that I never used. lol............yeahhh...I'm that love-a-gadget-gurl and received it as a gift a while back. I'm happy I held on to it...I can't imagine spending hundreds to own one.
I'll use my juicer
Best juicer is PURE...the price is high but its the best and last a lifetime
very useful
I want to try this. Yeah most juicers are a pain! having a dish scrub brush is key to getting filter inside clean and soaking rinsing right away.
I got brand new juicer at a yard sale I like juicers better than blenders but I put a little pulp back in for fiber. I love the ginger idea but yeah definitely will do smaller amount it is strong! 😅 You are brave girl!
Is that sweetener natural? I want to get that too. 😊
Have a good day!
Pineapple is great cozy it has enzymes that clean up the body.
Papaya to good for digestion. This us soo great cant wait to try. I want something that's like a pina colada than I could be on a diet. Lol no alcohol I love virgin pina coladas I had a good smoothie but maybe it has too many calories it is frozen peaches and blueberries with oJ to the top of the fruit a little sweetener on cheat days. Its soo good.
I love this and I know it’s going to be delicious. I did green tea, ginger and mint blend over the holidays. And I totally agree that the ginger 🫚 is powerful in taste and aiding in elimination. Thanks so much for sharing. Will definitely be getting the nut milk bag for juicing since I also don’t want to invest in a juicer. Peace and blessings to you. ✌🏾🍎🍍😊🫚🍋🌺
Looks great and tasty. I use a Hamilton Beach, love it.
I am so curious 🧐 about this and would to more about it so I can burn off some of my belly fat
I’ve been using my $200 Breville juicer for years. I don’t have to peel anything, it separates the pulp. Definitely going to make this. Thanks ☺️ Looking forward to more. I never need to add any sweeteners. I never use artificial sweeteners.
Same!!! And Breville juicers are in Homegoods, tjmaxx, homesense on clearance now for $150 from $199 bc holiday season is over. Been sending my friends every time I see it lol
What model do you have?
@@devonyastevens8349 what model do you have?
Hi👋🏾 I enjoy this recipe as well. I always add black pepper & tumeric for added nutritional benefits🤌🏾
I own a Nama J2 juicer. It’s a cold press masticating juicer. It’s a bit pricey but it’s very easy to use and easy to clean. It’s a great investment & a game changer!
A few other brands that I’ve used and recommend are: Omega, Hurom, Kuvings & Ninja.
When it comes to juicers like many other items, “You get what you pay for.”
Peace, love, & great health🙏🏾
🍹 🍍🥕🍋
i have come to realize that with juicers!
Hi queen! New sub here and let me tell you, I've been through my share of blenders and juicers. What I've come to find out is you might have to buy a expensive product to get your money's worth. What I suggest to everyone is the product called Nama! Trust me it's worth it!❤
💕 that you compost
Juicers are worth it. I got one from Target and it worked well. I broke it on accident tho by getting one of the components wet that I shouldn’t have and I just got the 500 one. They honestly work the same. The difference is the amount of juice I’m able to get which isn’t really an issue in comparison. The most frustrating part for me with both is just cleaning all the parts after but if you have a dish washer, that seriously is a ZERO concern.
I wish i had you in my life. Not only are you a great cook but your into natural juicing 😋
Definitely get a juicer. First time making and trying this recipe tonight 2/25/24 and it’s delicious. I got a little kick/spice so I’ll go easy on the ginger next batch. I’m using about 10 oz with 1 tbsp of acv and 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds. I hope I have excellent results in the morning. Just finished your gut salad.
How has it been so far?
