Easy and Quick Stuffed Chicken and Cheese Recipe

1/2 onion chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of heavy cream
Chicken:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons of canola oil
