    I was a meat cutter at a Chinese restaurant years ago beef, chicken, pork, and absolutely love their cuisine, but was looking for a recipe that was a mac and cheese stuffed Southern fried chicken, and and stumbled onto this and after watching this, I can do this. 😋

    reminds me of that Shokugeki no Souma/Food Wars meal where the protagonist cooked something like this against Eizan in a cooking battle.
    It was called hanetsuki gyoza or something. Its the same chicken wings filled up with a lot of stuff without deboning them completely.

    Looks amazing.! They did an awesome job!, but that’s a lot work! I would debone 3 turkeys legs, marinate it to soften the skin, stuff it and drop it in The Fry Daddy until golden brown and crispy!🔥 Yummy!

    Why do you heat the wings separately in an oil bowl and put them in boiling oil?
    It looks so, so, so delicious!

      tempering. so the skin doesnt break when it meets the very hot oil because of the stuffing
