Really happy to see OG is still treating their customers right. I was hopeful that they wouldn’t crash and burn like Red Lobster has in recent months. Food looked really good.

The Red Lobster in my area is still decent. I was never a fan of how this particular location was designed.
No old style"mom and pop " real Italian family' run restaurants run inyour vicinity? That's sad.

I always fill up on soup and breadsticks. By the time the food comes I can only take about 2 bites. It really is one of the rare places to get a great value when you go out to eat nowadays! Looking forward to seeing how the take home meals are.

Great family video at a good restaurant. Their salad and bread never disappoints! BTW we have their Italian dressing in our frig. which we prefer over all others.

Hi Jenn, I was wondering about those if they still had those take n heat deals at OG. I'm glad you said at the end that you got 3 of them to go for $6 each. We have frozen them since weve eaten the leftovers first and they taste really good still. Last time we ate there was about 2 Yrs ago and they had those takenheats for $5 each. With inflation, that's only a dollar increase, so again, I appreciate the information. Thank you❤

Are there better Italian restaurants? Yep, probably, but is Olive Garden a good Italian? Definitely and especially for the price. I absolutely love their salad and at our local OG the service & atmosphere are very good. Love it.

I've lived in East Tennessee all my life and currently in Knoxville for the last 14 years. We love the fact that we can be in the Smoky's in under an hour whenever we want. Great place to grow up and live!
We also love being close to the mountains, or as you said, being able to run into Knoxville and shop at Costco. So many restaurants and so many activities it’s a great place to live.
I've never had a bad meal at the OG. And I've been there dozens of times over the years. They're very good for what you pay. Does it taste like Giada Delaurentis is out back cooking for you? No. Is it spa cuisine? No. But they're very good for a casual Italian eatery.

My favorite is the chicken parmesan dish, and my husband's is the chicken alfredo with broccoli. We drive about an hour to eat at one occasionally.
I really liked the chicken Alfredo with broccoli! Something about the broccoli cut that really thick cheese sauce.
Nonnas are crying in heaven when they see this re warmed fast food seved as Italian food.

Absolutely loved this video Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the breadsticks at Olive Garden I love getting their five cheese marinara to dip them into. I also love getting the lasagna fritta for appetizers and their breadsticks are always a must for me.

I have to say I had not been to Olive Garden in quite some time so I did not know what we were going to get. But I was highly impressed. When you go wait till go Saturday afternoon and watch the review of our take home meals from the Olive Garden at 1:00. That way when you go, you can grab a couple of those and stick them in the refrigerator or freezer! Worth it!
You can't go wrong with Olive Garden. The one here i n Evansville, IN is smaller than Sevierville which is a beautiful resteraunt. Ours is more intimate. All the dishes you had are so good! I love the unlimited soup and salad bar. The Tour of Italy was really good. Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Ravioli so good. I usually get the lasagna!!! This is a resteraunt town here in Evansville! Olive Garden my favorite resteraunt even though I like them all in town.

All of the food looked fantastic. We’ve always loved Olive Garden! Sometimes we’ll just order a large salad and a bunch of breadsticks and take it home for dinner and that’s all we’ll eat (they give it to you in a huge plastic salad bowl and give you a bottle of their salad dressing). Hi Guys, love your videos. Just wondering, my daughter and I frequent Olive Garden about twice a month. We always leave a 20 percent tip. They don’t seem to be very fourth coming with the second salad 🥗 or soup. In fact, we feel like we have to beg. I feel like they shouldn’t advertise Unlimited Soup or Salad if they don’t want to comply. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has this happen. This is the Olive Garden in Newark, Delaware. A lot of times I have gone to OG ordered an entree filled up on the bread sticks and salad and taken the entree home yummmm
For sure, that’s why we took some of the salad and breadsticks home. We didn’t want to fill up on that and then not eating our entrées. We ended up taking a lot of food home. I will probably get at least another meal, maybe two?
Looks delicious we have one close to us I’m going to have to try them again. Day complete now 😊

At Olive Garden, for the appetizer I usually get the meatballs and The Tour of Italy for the entree. The Alfredo on the Tour of Italy is so good and of course so is the chicken Parmesan and lasagne. It is good to see all the items you all chose. It all looked so good. I especially liked the chicken Alfredo with broccoli. I usually can never get dessert because they do give you a lot of food. Thanks for taking us all along with you and your family to one of my favorites "Olive Garden".
Thank you. We really enjoyed our meal. If I was to go back, I would get the dessert that Rich and Jessica got. The chocolate lasagna. I thought it was better than the cheesecake.

I love Olive Garden...I would have had the Chicken Alfredo with the broccoli on the side and not mixed with the Alfredo. It looks to me that really one could go and have just appetizers, soup, bread sticks and salad. Call it a day with that. Great video guys. Thanks!

My family likes Olive Garden too. I miss their lemon cake. Have you tried Johnny Carino’s in Pigeon Forge? It’s very good too. We love the Italian Nachos!

Would love to see you do a road tour to Rugby Tennessee. It's an Old village founded by the author Thomas Hughes. There is a very interesting cemetery, several houses and the church that is still in use. Then go up the road and eat at one of the local restaurants. Or better yet, go to RM Brooks original store and eat one of their fabulous bologna and onion sandwiches. There is also a Mennonite and Amish community very nearby.

We use the money that we make from our RUclips videos to continue to go out and give reviews to people like you guys so you won’t waste your money when you go out to eat. When we first developed our channel, we used our own money but we have enough subscribers and views now that we can use that for our reviews. If not for that, I could never go out to eat weekly like we do. Believe me I am not rich. Just Married to Rich. Lol.

After those heavy appetizers, how were they able to eat more? Those WERE a meal.
We had two appetizers between 4 of us and we all took about 1/2 of our meals home so it wasn’t really that much food.
Never understood why they cram four adults into a booth.
There sure wasn’t much room with all the food they put on the table. It was pretty tight!

I honestly wouldn’t waste my calories at OG even if someone gave me one year of free meals. The breadsticks are hard. The food is like frozen food from a grocery store. When I eat Italian I go to an authentic Italian restaurant. Just my two cents.

It really is for most everything right now!
Being Italian I can assure you that there is nothing Italian in that restaurant: these are dishes that do not exist here in Italy and that would be cooked differently anyway. They are probably tasty dishes from the Olive Garden, perhaps out of curiosity and for my own pleasure I would also go to this fake "Italian" restaurant (evidently designed to meet the food tastes of Americans). The place has a nice interior design, though.
Treat yourselves to a nice trip to Italy, American friends, it would be better! ;)

It's under the catering menu, and it comes in two sizes, if you compare the price of buying single servings It's well worth it. In the cooler months I will pick up one from time to time.

I have noticed too some of my favorites are gone. They don't have steak gorganzola anymore.
There was a dish with steak and breadcrumbs too I don't know the name gone too. And a dessert with fresh berries.

OG was never worth the money. 3rd grade food.
We enjoyed our meal
Not Italian food. Not even Italian American food. Full of sugar , garlic and fat. Real Italian bread sticks are either thin ( grissini) or like the wonderful hard Sicilian bread sticks drenched in sesame seeds that we used to get at our local Italian / French bakery on Sunday mornings. Baker got up at 4 AM to make the different Italian breads, real Sicilian bread sticks and his famous specialty - lard bread ( hard biscuits that you.dipped in coffee) Olive Garden "bread sticks " are hot dog buns dipped in "garlic butter" Not even close.
I love olive garden bread sticks, never been to Italy, I’m sure authentic Italian bread sticks are good also. Thanks for watching

I live in Brooklyn NY. not Italy. Real imported grissini are available in many supermarkets. We really miss our Frances Bakery that made the sesame breadsticks and lard bread. The baker retired to Sicily and his son couldn't deal with getting up at 4 AM to bake the bread, lard bread and cookies.We cried when it closed.
I made homemade grissini. It was really good!
