You certainly have me thinking after watching this video. Wow a very in genius device. Interested if you tried using this in a nonemergenvy situation. Would be very interested on seeing it in use and how difficult it is to get back in canoe. Also how and where is it attached to your canoe.

When I was much younger I did a bit of canoeing myself and found it quite difficult getting back into the canoe by myself without capsizing /swamping it. That's a major concern for me now that I am a Senior Citizen.

@@servingme09 I am not getting any younger too, i will get 53 in the end of march. Trying to be prepared if this happen someday.
Capsizing my canoe won't be an issue since its huge.
