    Oh yes. We know such situations very well. Last time during pandemic, we had to sell parts of our forest to feed the family and paying bills. We had zero income 😪

      We have an Italian supplier for our ingredients,they come with fresh stuff from Italy every week

      @ilpeperonepiccante love to know which supplier, we use adimaria and carnevale, great nduja, but not seen it done in giant logs.
