Chelsea training ground is in that area, so straight away you’re competing with Premier League footballers. It’s surrounded by other expensive areas like Oxshott and St George’s Hill... in an area like Prestbury in Cheshire you would maybe get 1.5 times in size for the same price... in an area like Thorntonhill outside of Glasgow you’d probably get twice the size for the same price. London and surrounding areas are ridiculously overpriced because they have a worldwide clientele.

Cobham and surrounding areas are amongst the most expensive postcodes in the UK. I don’t know where you live but if it’s anywhere as pricey, on average, as Cobham then life’s good 😂
Gorgeous, love the large full length glass pointed top window it lets in lots of light, also like the two black wall cabinets at either side of the fireplace and the unusual staircase, this home is also nice and cozy.
All-in-all, lovely but I would have added a few more gas log fireplaces, especially one in the master bedroom. A clever interior decorator will soften the interior just enough to make it inviting. Thanks for uploading this home tour.
