The floor plan of my house is identical to this...except for the bedrooms. And the bathrooms. And the kitchen. And the outdoor spaces. And the extra 3,000 square feet. Otherwise, it’s exactly the same.

British weather is different than LA weather. Designers of this house were to a certain extent aware of this fact. That is good. Many times you see modern LA houses being built mindlessly in quite different climates, like parts of Canada where they have four months of snow.
Only if a good amount of folks do what you teach, just imagine how many millionaires we already have or will have in the future. I have been looking at similar opportunities. As Warren Buffet noted, he has witnessed this occur frequently. Never did my husband and I make more money than others in the middle class. With a $250k stock portfolio, we intend to retire at age 58. Never have we ever sold even one share of stock............
I already own shares of Tattooed Chefs and Kairos Minerals, and I'll buy some Corsair as well. Sure, I don't mind having these equities sit around for a few years, but I'd also like to appreciate short-term profitable investments that could, say, turn $50K into $200K.

@@VisualXX I’d love more UK homes that aren’t the grand copies of historical styles like the majority have been so far, even though they are big and expensive they are just glorified versions of what UK generic house builders are churning out (pillars and fake facades etc)

Appreciate the number of solar panels. In my mind if you are buying a house of this size it should be carbon neutral as much as possible. There should be a ground source heat pump, solar panels and battery packs to store excess. If you can afford a home like this you can afford the tech and in the long run you'll have free energy.

Truly stunning but need to have a walk round tour , not sure of the lay out don’t need the pool
This is EXACTLY how I would want my house designed if I could afford it. Where I live there are a lot of rich people with large cookie cutter style McMansions (and NO property or privacy), or people who do have some property live in old stone HUGE estates. They look like museums (places that don't let in natural light, and you don't connect with nature: trees, animals, like you can with this house in the video).
