Hmmm... I like it without. If I was being shown a house there wouldn’t be background music during the viewing. I’m planning to buy a property in Jamaica soon so authentic videos like this makes it even more realistic 👍🏽
@@yanikeonpurpose Thanks Yanike, that was my goal. This is how I would generally show the property if my client was with me in person. While I think background music may be pleasant, I didn’t think about including it as I thought it may be distracting and I wanted to ensure people could hear what I am saying. However, I am always open to suggestions and I always seek to improve where I can. What areas of Jamaica are you considering?

I always encourage buyers to put in an offer where they see value and then see how the seller responds... As long as it’s within reason.

It’s free-standing. There are actually 2 golf courses in close proximity: White Witch and Cinnamon Hill.
